  2. What is the advantage of getting this if one already has D2K?

  4. This is tremendous work! Who owns the publishing rights?
  5. 2600: Circus 10 mins Kaboom 3 mins Space Invaders 20 minutes Asteroids 5 minutes
  6. Bought paddle controllers from Brian for a very fair price. They are in fantastic working order -- no skips or stutters with movement. My best set by far. My circus and kaboom scores are going to explode!
  7. This is great news! My large HDTV does not have composite ins, so component outs will finslly allow me to hook CV up to it! Could I request long controller cables? like on the order of 10-15 feet?
  8. How bout harder mode or looping back at harder level post boss?
  9. Nothing personal bro, I have both, and there are many great games on the 2600. Do yourself a favor and get one -- no reason you can't enjoy both!
  10. So you changed your mind about porting Phoenix? Bummer...
  11. I'd like to pay someone to do the component mod for my CV. I am useless with soldering tools, etc. Please PM me if you are able to do the mod for me.
  12. Well, I think I speak for all of us when I say I'm "foaming" at the mouth to get my hands on the SGM and its excellent packaging.
  13. Please: 1. Frantic -- completed/finished version 2. Phoenix 3. Arcade perfect Frogger 4. Yars Revenge expanded/sequel 5. Venture expanded/sequel I have some design ideas already for the latter two but no skills to program.
  14. That kind of sentiment ("just stay positive and it'll all work out fine") simply rubs me the wrong way. It' s not true, and it comes across as patronizing and minimizing the gravity of the situation -- at least to me. Maybe it' s because I see so much illness at work and have had a lot of bad health issues in my family, I' m not sure. But I guess it could have gone unsaid. Sorry to offend.
  15. Where is Solar Storm on your list, Ms 2600? I dont see it listed. It' s in my top 10.
  16. Shiver...Too many nightmares about the ADAM crashing just as I was finishing an English paper..no thanks!
  17. Wow, Curt, I'm amazed you have the strength/will to type all of this in the hospital under such physical duress. I had a much lesser surgery and had no interest in checking emails or anything for a good week. Prayers have gone up for you.
  18. Wow, you guys are all hardcore! No interest in collecting here. Just picked up a bunch of loose carts and need to find some overlays. Other than that, i think I am all set with my grand total of about 15 or 18 incomplete INTV games. My goal for 2013 is to actually play them.
  19. Very easy to criticize from afar, isn't it?
  20. I noticed I am not on the list despite having requested a cart. Please add me for a FINAL cart only. Thanks!
  21. Sorry if I misunderstood about the voice -- it's probably the CV audio limitations leading to diminishment of certain harmonics... And thanks for being open-minded about my suggestions! If the game could loop back with each time faster enemies and/or enemies that cause greater damage (or both), I think that would do the trick. Also, I'd be happy to test changes to this game and/or test other games for you in the future, should you have a need. Thanks again!
  22. Daniel, I left you a bunch of comments and questions a few posts ago, on this same forum. Could you please answer them? I think I have brought up some fair points and good suggestions.
