Just look in my gallery to see the pictures, this site won't allow to attach them all here.

Managed to snag nine more games yesterday at an antique store, so updating my list. I may add pictures, too. UPDATE: For some reason the site won't allow me to add more than four pictures, so I don't know what's wrong.

I'm amazed the games were finally found. 31 years later... -
Where Did You Get Your First Atari 2600 and What Type Was it?
LeeJ07 replied to TheAtarianGuy's topic in Atari 2600
Well, my first (and so far only) 2600 is a 4 switch woody, from '82. Found it at my grandparents house, which is where it had ended up after my older brother tired of it in the late '80s. It had 8 games, (Combat, Air-Sea Battle, Pac-Man, Video Pinball, Ms. Pac-Man, Battlezone, and Moon Patrol) and five manuals (including the manual for Haunted House, but not the cart). It also had both standard controllers, the paddle controllers, and the Trak Ball controller. All in all, a great find. I have since bought more games. -
Update: I still have yet to fully repair the 2600 as I misplaced my solder and haven't been out to get more yet. I hope to finally get it fixed soon.
-
Oh my, probably so.
-
I'm still looking...
-
Well, I did remove most of the old solder quite easily, but the holes still have solder in them.
-
Someone should buy it, restart 2600 support.
-
Why on earth would you want to complete this turkey?
-
No, its a four switch 2600A from 1982. I don't know what braid is, can someone explain? I was wondering how to get the holes clear.
-
I never meant to imply that it is valuable in any way, merely that I was surprised he found one as easily as he did here in the States, since, practically speaking, it is very difficult to find without resorting to E Bay.
-
Rare, and hard to find doesn't always equal desirable. Thay game may be nearly impossible to find "in the wild" here in the States, but its not worth the effort of even looking for it. The regular ET game is probably more valuable, but that's not saying much.
-
This isn't Europe, and they're very hard to find in America.
-
That ET Go Home is EXTREMELY rare.
-
UPDATE: I just purchased a desoldering bulb from Radio Shack today, I hope to get home and remove all the excess solder from the board later this afternoon.

Dear sir, I am quite interested in the Haunted House cart. Would you be willing to get rid of it separately, and if so, for how much?
-
Hey guys, I'm in need of a Haunted House cart. I have the manual, but no cart. I'm currently unable to use ebay as I have few funds, and I doubt I'll be able to pay much for one, if at all. I'm not sure this will do any good. Perhaps someone has an extra they don't want?
-
I have the wires and controllers from damaged 2600 already, so all I really need is a console by itself.
-
Hey guys, after this recent fiasco with my currently damaged 2600, I'm now interested in finding a working 2600 for a backup.
