Today marks five month's since quitting smoking. No patches, no gum, no hypnotism, cold turkey folks! AND I FEEL GREAT!

  Major congratulations! You're a stronger man than I, that's for sure. I think it's been 20 years since I was able to go more than a couple hours without a smoke, unless I was sleeping or in the hospital.

  That's great. My step-dad quit cold turkey after almost dying from emphesema. It was either quit smoking or die.
