Gratz Baz, well done! Between work and a ongoing family matter, no time for games this past week. With those scores you probably would have won anyway, congratz.

I see you are going at it pretty good Baz, I would expect nothing less. I'm curious, is 100,000 still considered rollage this time around aswell for Demon Attack Vocelli? Good luck Baz!

I think it was only 4 or 5 diamonds that game. Other games I've had 10 or more. It's all random.

1,462,730 (Phase 71) - Skill 2. Here's a pic of my final screen on this game. The score rolls after surpassing 655,350 points. This particular game was a double rollover - 1,310,700 + 152,030 = 1,462,730. I have uploaded this game in two parts on my youtube channel, Jeff Northcoastgamer Adkins. Some tips and techniques I developed years ago and tweaked here and there over the years. Enjoy!

Tunnel Runner is one of the best 2600 games. Here are some tips that might help. If you are standing on any flashing floor section near a door, the time line does not go down. In order to enter a double up escape door you must first get the key and find the single up escape door. By using the transport doors (1st pic), you'll not only be warped to another location in the maze, sometimes you'll get the key aswell. From Run 10 and on there are also bonus point doors (2nd pic). When facing these doors, bonus points are added to the score. Moving left, right, or down will end the bonus tally. Try to lure the Zots away from bonus doors before facing them for maximum points. Use the Zots and/or key, during some mazes to pinpoint your location. The escape doors are always on the far right side of each maze. The compass arrow will flash once you have acquired the key. Strange things go on during some mazes, here and there the Zots go right through walls. Good Luck!

Thank you all very much, I appreciate it a great deal. It certainly was an interesting, competitive, and fun season. Good players and good people here. My main purpose of joining the 2600 HSC midway through last season, was to see if I could still compete at somewhat of a high level. That being said, I certainly was pushed competitively into endless hours and numerous resets to improve scores. I hope I pushed some of you aswell into better scores. Wishing you all a safe and merry x-mas!
