  1. Score for the day: Oscar G. - 5667 points (Grand Master Level still denied
  2. Excellent score Scalpel... And excellent rhythm too! (You are getting almost 100 points per level advanced... that is very impressive my friend!)
  3. Score of the day (despite it is already 10 minutes into tomorrow in Belgium Oscar G. - 5756 points
  4. Aha.... Thanks dZ for the explanation. That may explain why I got a life immediately after I lost it. It was kind of weird. Your explanation clarifies things for me as I was (erroneously) thinking to myself that I had bad luck and I died just before I got the new life (I was still expecting to roll the lives to 0 or yellow or whatever). In reality I got a "rain check" for a life and I cashed it immediately after I died... Got 9 lives two times in a row Everything happened so fast, since I was playing on the train to Brussels and I did not want to miss my stop. Cheers and thanks for the explanation. Cheers to all.
  5. ... I have a question though, I kept on advancing with my 9 lives put to the point where I was about to get another one (see picture)... Unfortunately, I died right after the picture was taken and immediately afterwards I got a new life (see pictures)... My question is: can the life counter be "rolled"?
  6. Coincidentally, I also maxed my lives up to 9 (see picture)... Also at the same level (29)
  7. Indeed... quoting the snowman "Ik kom, ik kom, ik kom"... Which translated from Dutch means: "Here I come, here I come..." Carol trivia: The snowman is Dutch speaker...
  8. Grand Master Level... DENIED... again! Oscar G. 5873 points
  9. Thanks for the update Poul. I will pay as soon as I hear from you. Best wishes! O
  10. Just one gift away from Grand Master Level... Ahhh! Oscar G. - 5900 points
  11. My score for the day. Finally, managed to break the 5K barrier. Oscar G. 5,078
  12. The two times I have got a perfect Xmas occurred when I just simply got over the obsession of going for a perfect Xmas. When a perfect happens it happens but we should not aim for that. Aiming for perfects damages gameplay and may be a recipe for disaster. Cheers.
  13. I have a similar strategy. I forget about the candy after the first Xmas is saved. I simply switch my mind and try to ignore those hypnotising red dots.
  14. Welcome Victor R to the competition. Practice will make you better. The ghost is sneaky but it only comes after you when you pick up a gift AND it (the ghost) is moving. Sometimes it is a good idea to wait until the ghost stops to pick up a gift Cheers from Belgium, the land of the smurfs...
  15. Score for the day. Oscar G. 2,777 points Cheers to all and congratulations to Grips for the Perfect Xmas! Thanks for the update Dz!
  16. I agree with Scalpel: until we have evidence of a more perfect game Carol 1 will be have to be the most perfect... Did I just say Carol 1?
  17. Hello, this is a fun thread. I am wondering if the Intellivision Football League T-shirt will eventually be available in your web shop. I have the other two models of Tshirts and there are awesome. Cheers to all!
  18. Today's score (a tad bit rushed). Cheers to all! Oscar G. 2398
