I remember Tower Toppler having some cool effects. Anyone else feel that way?
And I was thinking in terms of original releases, though I've heard guys in the Atari community are able to use some programming tricks to get shockingly impressive results from the hardware

Yeah, TMNT was only a 2- and 4-player game. Someone probably put the 4-player version in that Xenophobe cab. Based on the control panel overlay, I'm thinking it may've actually been a Turtles In Time in there, which is a desireable game now.

To echo the sentiments of others:
It's a conversion cab; don't pay more than $250. The cab and monitor aren't really worth much on their own.
2-slot motherboard is worth about $100
Games:
Windjammers $50
Bust A Move $30
Samurai Shodown $10
Samurai Shodown 2 $20
World Heroes $10
That said, my first arcade cabinet was a Neo 2-slot conversion (in what was originally a Super Contra) and I still have it and love it. I've gotten thousands of dollars worth of play out of the thing.

In your opinion, what's the best-looking 7800 game? I'm only really well-versed in the most common/popular 7800 games, and just got my system out of my parents house and played it for the first time in a decade at least. As a point of reference, what games really did the hardware justice?

I snagged a copy of this at an antique show or something of the sort about a decade ago, and was really impressed; I feel like it pushes the limits of what was done in terms of arcade porting to 2600 much moreso than most games of the time. Of course the arcade version is better; that's the case with pretty much every game, ever, especially of this generation. That said, I feel like it comes closer to the look of the arcade version than most 2600 games do, which is especially impressive considering the 3/4 isometric view. Crystal Castles (another personal favorite) does the same thing, at least as well, but doesn't really look as good.
