This manual says disk drive cassette drive and cartridge drive instructions. Never had a first star manual. Which format does this manual go to? I'm hoping this would have came with the cartridge. Not sure but possible. Probably had a few tweaks left before finalizing.

The two things that were on noticed was game selection under the player number. Then at the good luck screen the few button doesn't bypass it like in the final. I haven't played the whole game to see what other differences would be. Ill replay the video or replay the games and see how the music differs if at all.

Does anyone have a partial or working ( and growing ) list of Atari 8 bit cart prototypes known to exist? I would like to start a database if no list has ever been put together or If there is one does anyone care to link me to it or share the list with me.. Im sure with the group we have here there are probably quite a list of members with quite a list of carts in their personal collections. Im just hoping you guys and gals will help out on this project Thanks in advance.

Im in the process of aquiring a cart of this title this weekend. So I hope to have it come end of this coming week. It isnt labled as a finished copy but a WIP 6. Should be interesting to see what differences there is from the final version. Also message me what oddities there are to the version that is floating around so I can be aware of that when testing this cart out. Thanks.

Not bad, A Vader2600, 2 classic titles and 2 of the better Activision titles ( in my opinon). River Raid was good on ALL systems Ive played it for.

I have never played the original pitfall! For the A8. Just haven't come across it in the wild for my collection.
