  1. Summer games number 1 Crystal castles Karateka Thunderfox / airball And into the eagles nest is hard to come by. Also the atari xe demo cart is much rarer than the in store demo cart cxl4019. Wanted to make mention to that too
  2. Where the Ca or Co part number usually is this just says SKRF 30. Just something new I didnt see before.
  3. I've seen boards with assy ca 060053 which typically would be used on diagnostic carts and prototype projects Next I've seen ca 060063 which are typical green PCB normal release games. Can be or not be socketed rom chips. But now I'm getting a PCB that says SKRF 30 for the part number. I've done research going through part lists hoping to find what kinda board it is and original purpose of it to be. Looks like both boards listed above. Has sockets for eproms. Just something new I've never seen and would like to learn more.
  4. As a truck driver go i80 to i71 then i70 to i44 to i35 to i40 then up i5. * This time of year u want no piece of i80 west of Nebraska. Done that too many years.

  6. The qix has a location name that goes back possibly to an atari caribe inc out of Puerto Rico. Which was established from 1981 to around 1985. At least that show holdings and such. Found that interesting besides the boring san jose location in cali.
  7. Not in the listing. I was given a name that I need to research but its unclear if they were tied to atari in house or an outside person maybe who reviewed for a magazine. Or just a guy who collected or randomly ended up with this stuff before he passed away.
  8. Here are the photos of what I found.
  9. I found a few 1st article samples kn Ebay I added to my collection. Was wondering who else has a few of these. I heard they went to quality assurance department to check for errors in a test run before mass production took place . The 3 I have are paint dig dug and qix. I posted photos in the what did you buy lately section but would love to hear and see what others might be floating around in other collections
  10. More Atari 8 bit computer items tonight. Scored some 1st article samples and 1st submittance items tonight. Possibly for the quality assurance department of Atari. All dated April to May of 1983. Unsure how rare but seemed interesting and would make for a good discussion starter in the game room one day. Anyone have more information about these.
  11. New to the club heres my new 2800 system.
  12. Just picked this up off Ebay last week. Not a perfect looking label but it's the only example I could find forsale. I've only seen 3 of them in the last 3 to 4 years of looking for one to buy and add. They never pop up forsale.
  13. Today was 2 interesting but completely different pickups. One is a CPS super salt external diagnostic unit.and the other is a box and foam part of a Japanese coca cola pong system. I've seen many more systems forsale than boxes. This being the only box only I've come across. Now just to land the console for it.
  14. The interesting thing is I also have a radio shack branded model 3 TRS80. Only reason I picked up the tandy was cause of the price they were asking and the 2 duel sided disk drives. Seemed like a smart pickup.
  15. Circa 1985. Tandy TRS80 model 4d 64k micro computer.
  16. I'd bet that's a real label. My concern is in the last pic how the shell is split on one side. Only question about it I have
  17. Power. That's a cool little lot 2 variants I'm looking for. Good to know my hunch on one of them does exist the 87 galaxian.
  18. I still have em. Just been super busy. Being at work 3 to 4 months at a clip. Packing to move getting married and moving come the new year. But it's all here and safe. Just like how I need to back up my disks and carts. I might be getting a new job that I'll be home weekends and after the move and all I should be able to do scanning. Just been busy and most everything is packed up safely. I'm probably gonna have to let a place like staples scan most of it cause theres so much of it. Would be faster. And I can bring a thumb drive to store it on.
  19. I would love to read the documents and save em for future reading as well as getting and dump images from the disk. This is exciting
  20. I wonder how early the rom date codes were on the final release
  21. I've seen the first 3 on Ebay over the years space invader is a new title for me. From the label they came out after 1982 since it's for the 600 and 1200 . To help date it. They look almost gebelli or tg software style shells but not quite. From what I've learned over the years it was a Taiwanese company putting them out. Prices on Ebay vary from as low as 30 ea to as much as 100 listed prices. I dont recall any selling as of late in any range. But I havent been really following sold listings lately. I hope this helps
  22. Last computers I want are Tandy 1000rlx Commodore pet 2001 cash register keyboard Osborne 1 And really that's about it and a sharp x68000
