  3. They also said a sequel to NiGHTS into Dreams and Super Monkry Ball is coming out too... sounds like there will be a host of 3rd party support at least in the beginning of the Revolution (not calling it Wii) Vin
  4. I take most everyone hasn't played Basketbrawl. That game is beyond great. Vinnie
  5. Not that this make the game any more fun, but timeouts are controlled with the difficulty switches, and to throw to the top WR you have to push up on the joystick. CV
  6. Hi Vinnie about Titlematch Wresting. The Absolute box is very big.The HES box (PAL) is either a plastic box or a smaller Paper box(distributed by SALU).I own the 2 PAL boxes. The cartridge label of both versions shows only HES on the cart, but the labels are different. greetings gambler172 I knew that, I just forgot about it since it has been years since I owned the box! Vinnie

  10. Well, we finally got around to reviewing Pac Pollux and we added the ultra cool Food Fight Easter Egg that Dan Boris found to the Cheap Universe section. Soon, we'll review the Video 61's monitor cart, Robot Finds Kitten, and some more 7800 Pac Man games! http://flipsiderunner.com/7800/pacpolluxr.html Le Enjoy! Cousin Vinnie

  15. I was an A&D counselor for teens for several years, and one day for group I broke out the 7800 version of Ms Pac-Man and had the group split up into twos. When I pulled out the 7800, everyone was like "what he heck is that? Atari sux!" So I was like "OK, I'll put it up!" "NOOOOOO!!!" So I had one person face away from the screen with the joystick, the other one directed his/her partner with words as he looked at the screen. Anyways, we concluded group with a lesson in communication. My boss was shocked/kinda pissed at first... but everyone enjoyed it and my boss let me continue. It became so popular that I did it once more with Galaga. They wanted me to leave the system so they could play it during the night, but I drew the line there. I think people get really excited when they see a system so old... must bring back memories. FUNK
  16. Well, we've spent several rounds with Pac Pollux... Granny V has a review upcoming tonight! Cousin Vinnie
  17. I liked WWF's No Mercy for the N64. It was fast, and it was easy to get people to look pretty damn close to what you wanted w/o spending an hour and a half tweaking ear size. With a Gameshark you could set up the AI to fight perfectly as well. Cousin Vinnie
  18. Tower Toppler came out early in the system's life. It always gave me hope that more good games were coming in droves. Cousin Vinnie
  19. Well I've got to say that watching Baby Link take down an Arwing with a Boomerang is about the coolest thing I have ever seen... this week Vin
  20. What the hell is this game? Everytime I take a week off from looking at the forums I miss out on buying something! Cousin Vinnie
  21. I have had 7 hours of play time in Chibi and I have never had a pan drop on my head. Hmmmmm..... Cousin Vinnie
  22. Charge up before you go out. Unfortunately I got this game and Animal Crossing at the same time. You can imagine how I feel I can't do either one justice while playing both. The funny thing is, my Girlfriend hates watching me play Chibi-Robo, but loves watching me play Animal Crossing (my guess is she'll have her own character soon). I figured if anything she'd like the Chibi-Robo idea and think Animal Crossing just seemed pointless. Instead, she said she just doesn't "get" Chibi-Robo. 1021313[/snapback] Playing Animal Crossing with someone makes it twice as fun. Check out my comment on it for further explanation: http://www.flipsiderunner.com/7800/atoz.html Cousin Vinnie
  23. Supervisor at a General Motors Collections center 9-5 and musician on the weekends. Life is good. Cousin Vinnie
  24. Well Atarifever-man, if you like left of center games like Pikmin, Chibi-Robo, and Katamari, definitely check out Cubivore. It's not a game for everyone-and its not perfect, but I truly loved that game. The quirkiness might appeal to you too. Funkmaster V
  25. I can't wait for Odama and Twilight Princess. I also have just bought 7 old Gamecube games that I have been wanting for a while for next to nothing, including Giest for 4 bucks and Second Sight for 6. After that, it's all she wrote for me. Cousin Vinnie
