Oh yeah, since there are two games, we'll end this one Next Saturday Night at 11:59PM Thanks again CV

This week will do our first Double Down. We are gonna play two games, and the combined score of both will net you one score. For example, you can have the worst score in Ms. Pac-Man, but if you totally kill in Robotron, you can still win the week. Example: Cousin Vinnie scores 2 points in Ms. Pac-Man, and scores 100 in Robotron, for a total of 102 points for the week. So, this week, submit scores for both Ms. Pac-Man and Robotron! HSC webpage: http://flipsiderunner.com/7800/highscore.html Have fun! Cousin Vinnie

One more thing too, guys: Don't sit around and post crap like this to me. I am a grown man. If I have something of interest that pertains to more than one area on the boards, I will post in more than one place. You and your comments won't affect me. If the moderators don't like what I post, they can pull it. I have been on the boards for 3 to 4 years now and I'm not a 12 year old spam king. I contribute alot to AA, mostly to the 7800 part of the site, so the people over there no me fairly well. Now you know me. Let me do my own damn thing and you try to do something worthwhile with your damn lives besides policing a video game board. For Christ's sake, this is supposed to be a fun hobby. If I want someone telling me what to do I'll go work in a cubicle. Cousin Vinnie

Yeah, I think Impossible Mission is pretty cool, but my first experience was with the 7800 version, and when I found out it was unbeatable, it kind of pissed me off. I always thought I was doing something wrong, and when I learned that my 7800 was junk, I was really annoyed with it. Never got over it. I do not mind people saying that the games I think are good suck, but please enlighten me on what's better. Just don't keep saying that I suck if you offer no alternatives. I have recieved emails and posts telling me to look out for other games, and people had tried games that I have mentioned b/c of this article. That's kind of the point of the thing. Cousin Vinnie

Is Rampart for the GB any good? CV

Call your local EB, they are giving free N64's and Dreamcasts away with a purchase of 3 games priced at $4.99 or higher. Mention the ad in GMR mag. They'll give you the deal. CV

Does anyone else besides me really dig this game... I mean REALLY dig it? I just love little quirky games like this. Everything from the customization to the crazy ass limericks had me hooked from the get go, but I dunno if I could ever recommend this. Anybody else think this one is a diamond in the rough? CV

Did you play a PAL version, or an emulator or what? CV
-
By the way, I scored 2100 CV

!!!!!!!!!!! Trip, did you just beat this game? CV

The biggest knock I have heard about the GC is lack of online games. Do you guys care about that or not? I personally don't care about online games... yet. The one I played almost stole my life LOL. So I had to take it out and break it. The one cool thing about living in Knoxville, is that it is a medium sized city with very little night life. This means most people play games, and we have hordes of "DVD/ Game" Trade in shops, and the prices get REALLY low on games that haven't even been out for a long time. That's the one thing we have Cousin Vinnie

I'm expanding my video game universe a wee bit, and I will start wrtiting articles that will cover more than just the Atari 7800. My first article took me about 3 months to write, believe it or not, since it was a lot tougher to complete than I thought. Anyway, look it over and tell me what you think. Maybe this can start a debate or something... sounds like a hoot. http://www.flipsiderunner.com/7800/atoz.html Cousin Vinnie

Where's pubirty? Can you son be freed from such a place? Don't listen to the guy who can't spell. He's obviously an Xbox fan. Seriously though, the GC is the shiznite. It's the only one of the three I still own now and collect for. I sold my PS2 and Xbox. If your son is cool, he will like any game that is fun, and I think the GC has the most fun games. If your son is not cool, then he probably needs to vent his teen angst through the cheesily bloody Rockstar games avail. on the other two systems. CV

Not only are there reviews on that link above, but there are some ads for Ikari Warriors and Alien Brigade that are really cool. The "Pick a Fight" ad was kinda boring, however. If I remeber correctly, it was a two page ad that featured close ups on the Rampage, Double Dragon, Commando and (I think) Xenophobe boxes. They we stacked like dominos, at an angle where you could see the sides and most of the front of the boxes on each. The shot was on a white background and the boxes were BIG. The fonts, I believe were similiar to the Ikari Warriors/ Alien Brigade ads on my site. CV

Who do you gotta sleep with from GCC to get programming info for the 7800? Cousin Vinnie

I'm an idiot. I meant for this sentence to be funny. This is what I meant: I decided to go with Impossible Mission this week because I think it is impossible to go two weeks in a row without Jedi Jeff winning at least once. Anyway, forgive the brain fart. Cousin Vinnie

Yeah, this game is a trip. Let's ham it up. I decided to go with Impossible Mission this week because I think it is impossible to go two weeks in a row without Jedi Jeff. HSC: www.flipsiderunner.com/7800/highscore.html Next week we will have a Double Down week (Two games with one combined score to determine the winner) and the next week we will have open voting! Enjoy! Cousin Vinnie

Hey man, it's in GMR mag as a deal they support! You need to buy a GMR with Grand Theft Auto: SA on the cover and look at the second page. They have to support it! It's in the freakin' mag. Cousin Vinnie
