I'm happy to see fast food places reducing the amount of items available, even if it's items I happen to buy. The whole industry has had overly bloated menus for too long.

  Yeah, I agree. I am tired of the bloated menus with "Santa Fe Ranch Spicy Chicken Deluxe Chicken Sandwich". Just focus on a few basics and do 'em right. I remember as a kid, McD's had a hamburger, cheeseburger, 1/4 Pounder with(out) Cheese, Big Mac, fries, soda, shake. Taco Bell had tacos, burritos, tostadas, enchirito, beans, rice.

  Yeah. I miss the days when if some burger place..say McDonald's...came out with something...like the chicken mcnuggets..or the happy deal. It was a huge deal! Now..the menus are just a constantly changing jumble of over bloated stuff.
