Looking for 1 or 2 sets of semiconductors for my Finalgrom PCBs. It looks like the parts are now hard to get and want to build up 2 boards

  You only need to program the ATmega. The CPLD can then be programmed via software by the ATmega. Check the documentation on Upgrades on how to do that.

  Took me a while to figure out where I can answer you. 😀 Sadly, I don't have any sets left, but I see that the price for the xc95144xl has gone up "a little", if you can get it at all. Which is a pity, really, but I don't think the xc9500xl is EOL. Their other CPLD solutions are 1.8V only, so wouldn't work in the FinalGROM at all.
  
  Hopefully, the general availability will improve in 2023, since I've been waiting for some parts myself.
