Was riding my bike home from work past the 7-11, and I saw a guy riding a bike next to his 5 year old(ish) daughter. He was carrying a 12 pack of cheap beer, stopped on the corner and yelled at his kid "what the f**k are you doing" as she was waiting to cross. I didn't hear it all, something about crossing the street. She didn't do anything wrong that I saw, and even so, there's no call for that. Whatever your own problems in life, don't take them out on your kids....

CREDIT CARD UPDATE: So I did pay off the balance on that one card (two more to go, and it'll be a while!)...it's a rewards card. My wife and I have been using it for every day purchases instead of our debit card, and paying off the balance every time it posted. Credit score went up 20 points! woohoo!

Maybe I'm weird but I've always liked corn and mashed taters better in tv dinners than from scratch/a can/off the cob.

Sometimes I really wish there were game stores that I rented out retro consoles and games, so you could pay $25 or so and try out some of the more obscure and expensive consoles for a weekend without having to spend hundreds of dollars just to find out whether or not they would be worth owning.

Can someone explain how I affix an EMS shipping label to a box? There are 3 pages to the thing. I don't know what to do with it. Page 1 is the label, Page 2 is the customs declaration, page 3 is the dispatch note. I don't think I can just tape it to the box.
