I wish there was a way to make XP work with more RAM. I really hate Windows 8.1 on my laptop.

I'm a bit of a novice at this level of stuff though—could a short develop *inside* one of the chips? Due to ESD or something? Mmm.

Anyone have experience with RoundCube plugins? I'm just trying to get the calendar working.

Okay microsoft, you won me over on 365. The unlimited onedrive space solves a complex storage problem that's had me pricing NASs for the last few years. I probably should have gone for a plan with MOSS hosting, though.

I'm happy and proud to say I have autoupdates turned off and don't always immediately update to the latest and greatest. I don't have to worry about new bugs. I don't have to worry about relearning how to do the same thing time and time again.

Didn't even know that I had Dragon Age Origins, just found it in my Origin library on the PC. I guess that's what I'm playing tonight. I probably got it in a bundle or something and forgot.

The 3DO library and capabilities are pretty solid. It feels like the Dreamcast of it's era to me..

I just got an amber monochrome monitor (a 12" Amdek 310A) in like-new condition, complete with glare filter, and I managed to find a Hercules compatible graphics card as well! It's still my favorite type of PC display. Time to build a 386 PC and load it up with DOS games!
