  4. Thanks, I dl'd from putlocker before too. Very fast indeed. I'll weigh my options and hopefully have a few up in a couple of days.
  5. Yeah, the guy @ OGM has a few recent posts complaining about the recent update to RS that slowed free downloads to a crawl. I been collecting all of the Atari and Commodore mags from that site for a year and change now. I even got a few that was lost when the site went down a while ago and haven't been reposted. I'll try to upload all the STFormat I have to a faster free host for ya'll. So don't even bother with RS unless your premium. @Darklord Look to the top of the page for site navigation (computers > Atari) etc. Available magazines will have status and (Link: Rapidshare) underneath the picture.
  6. If you like high quality restored scans like I do, head on over to: http://www.oldgamemags.com/ STFormat is over there in high res restored goodness! Nothing less than a 100mb though.
  7. I would keep that one stock any just get another one for os updating etc. B&C rocks!
  8. So, is it safe to say the Sparrow aka FX-1 is a unreliable machine?
  9. Awesome pictures! Thanks for sharing. I hope it goes to a good home and gets restored to working condition.
  10. Looks interesting. Does it work?
  11. Something new to me. Thanks for the eyecandy!
  12. I agree. My Ultrasatan delivered to the US in under 2 Weeks and my recently ordered HxC delivered in 7-8 business days via USPS. DHL seems like it sucks. I wonder if they are holding up lunar7s package too?
  13. This is a master collection. Your PSone Collection is beautiful.
  14. @Lunar7 You can email Lotharek and he can provide you with a tracking #. That's your best bet.
  15. I Never tried cubase lite myself or know the limitations but here's a good link(s) with info: http://tamw.atari-users.net/cubase.htm http://atari.music.free.fr/main.php?Cubase
  16. Yes, legit version needs a dongle. The MROS folder holds all the drivers etc. Make sure that folder is intact. I'm assuming the disk images you picked up are crkd version wich is what you will need. You could always try cubase lite to test and see if that runs also to check your setup.
  17. That place looks like a gold mine for people who use old Samplers like AKAI MPC 60/3000, ensoniq ASR etc...
  18. ^^^ Same here. I use a ThinkPad T22 with hot swappable HD, Floppy, Zip, and CD/DVD Rom Drives. Best investment for Old School Computer Users. All the Ports you'll need plus It runs native DOS like a champ too.
  19. Great! Thanks for the Quick reply! Purchased.
  20. Can I do this: I install PPDriver on a new SD card put it in slot 1, then put my 2GB ICD Formatted card from Lotharek in Slot 2 and copy files from Slot 2 Partitions to Slot 1? Thanks!
