    Do they do this full-time? have they released any game on other platforms like Steam? licensed by Nintendo or Xbox/Microsoft? if they only do homebrew releases I understand why they would take the risk. Hasbro opened the Jag to licensed developers in my understanding, if there is anything out there that might prove that it was open to anyone then yeah I would change it.

     

    If not, all I would need is a waive of liability form signed by you... (Joke!)

     

    I need to look more into it if the logo for unlicensed releases is going to be a problem for Jag community. May be this would be have to be our only release at the end of the day :/.

    Custodian you say? Great! Always wanted an action game based on my favorite janitor. What's the object, gathering up all the bad Jaguar games to be thrown away before you run out of money trying to collect them all? :lol:

    Got a Start somewhere, If we don't get a good response on this one. We wont be able to port any of Gremlin Graphics IPs we just bought out.

    By my count, Piko will need to manufacture 123 Arkade units, 95 Genesis carts, 58 SNES carts and 139 NES carts to satisfy the Kickstarter backers. That is just for the electronics, this does not include the DVDs, boxes, posters, overlays, manuals and artwork. A cash grab this isn't.

     

    This is not sarcasm right? (genuine question)

     

    And we need an initial run of 500 Arkades, and work with the budget to then produce the rest. I think we'll be fine though.

    Good verses. I quoted "judge not" before realizing you already mentioned it.

    I'd also like to add another to the list:

    If there's area I can fault the NintendoAge community, it is the total lack of forgiveness with their "one strike; you're out!" policy regarding HoS.

     

    Is more of a witch hunt. If one mafia member calls you a witch, then you are a witch and get executed, no matter the facts.

    Regarding anyone considering producing religious themed hacks or homebrew, it may be wise to consult a preacher or clergyman for suggestions and to make sure the material included in the game is Kosher and accurate to the teachings of the Bible. If an old game is hacked, make sure you have acquired any related rights and have permission of the content owners.

    Yeah, hacks need to be done with the permission of the original rom devs. Developed games from scratch are good.

     

    I been toying with the idea of making tools for Spiritual warfare to hack it completely, release it with a non-commercial license with the opportunity of us liking the game and buying it etc to make carts. Doesn't necessarily needs to be done Bible oriented; this would be more on the Piko side.
