(And to those who would say "but social media is just a tool!" ... I would disagree.  McLuhan said that "the medium is the message," by which he meant--among other things--that the real impact of a medium is what you have to become in order to use or consume it.  Social media is not a neutral tool; using it changes you.)

Lol, yup. Nowadays, yur gonna be forced to "keep talking about it", until the dominant person gets you to agree, McCarthy-style, or the relationship is screwed.

My Family has been complimenting me recently about how "agreeable" I have been.

Had a civil political conversation on Facebook a month back.   I started it by saying "Curious... w/out comparisons to other candidates & respectful to all posting: What Presidential candidates do you like and why?"    With that in place, we had a great discussion from those voting Republican, Democrat, and Libertarian.   People were astonished.
