Thanks for trying Rich, this did not seem to apply to my situation in Chrome. What a bone-headed move on my part. I was just trying to delete a temporary USPS tracking link, but must have slipped and nuked my links. Jeez, that was like two years of favorites in that folder. P.S. No, I've not emptied the trash, but it's not there. -
So this is what Albert of Atari Age looks like.... ... not what I thought. I always imagined a "50's something" pudgy and balding dude. Sorry Albert! >> CLICK ON IMAGE ABOVE TO ENLARGE <<

I can't wait to see the pictures of this system all setup in the TI-99 Photos Thread! By all means Klaus, post your photos there!

I hope you don't mind, I used your one liner as an example in a very short video on getting text files onto Real Iron the easy way... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9UPvRFjQDA&feature=youtu.be

Hey, that freakin' sweet. I think I'll copy your idea. By the way, what percentage did you shrink the original? I'd love to see some photos of that thing from different angles (if you don't mind).

Right now I have my eye on a place that I've heard does not charge for it's use, it has large meeting room, WiFi and the restaurant is like 30 steps from the meeting room with a door that closes to keep out our noise. I think I even saw a flat screen TV in there, sink etc. I plan to go there sometime in the next week or two and ask a few questions and if things look good reserve it for a weekend in April or May. I believe the reason they don't charge is because they figure people will buy a meal while they are there. I like this place because it's about center and everything we would need is there and it's visible from the freeway. There is one drawback, if people wanted to bring "a ton of stuff to sell", it might NOT be a good idea as you'll have to walk through a gas station like store and the restaurant in the back to gain access. So if anyone had any ideas on selling an item or two, no problem, but if you wanted to unload a P-Box or something I would say... parking lot. If I settle on this place I'll make a dash cam video of how to get there from either the north or south and post it online.

<< Here >> is one possible solution for less than $20.00 $15.00... if you already have a soldering iron.

As long a circle on the screen comes out as a circle on the printer I'm happy.

BTW - Folks, you don't have to download the ZIP files. All the little graphics are in PNG format and are small enough to slide out of AA straight onto your desktop and then directly into the graphic you are working with. Below is a quick & dirty example of the new icons used in an existing graphic: -
Excellent. When I get more of a handle on the numbers and locations I'll fix a location as well as the date & time. At this point I'm thinking of something like 9:30 - 3:30 with a break for lunch in-between. It starts late enough that people will not have to rush and ends early enough that they can get home in time for dinner. Six hours should be enough time... right?

Keep your eyes open folks. There will be a BRAND NEW TI-99/4A video coming out in the next week or two (from my very well placed source). The guy who's making this video does some really HIGH-QUALITY stuff, so I'm sure it's going to be a great video.

I found this in another section of Atari Age. I thought a few of you younger hard-core gamer's might like it.

Well, I cannot say for who or why, but I made another one for SCSI, so while I was at it, I figured one for the UDS-10 might be nice for those making a label for Stuart's Internet Browser. If you have any other needs for one, let me know. Designation Icons II.zip -
With all the stuff I've seen Schmitzi catalog lately, he's obviously THE PERFECT GUY for the job, and since he's already the defacto man in the position, I formally nominate him as the... OFFICIAL TI-99/4A ARCHIVIST
