Incredible flash Castlevania game
Mr.FoodMonster replied to Mr.FoodMonster's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Warning, it is rather buggy, but you can get past the ogre, you just need to back-track -
http://flashkof.free.fr/castle/castle.htm This is probably the best flash game ever made. Enjoy!

Still buying Midway Arcade Treasures 2?
Mr.FoodMonster replied to Jess Ragan's topic in Modern Console Discussion
What exatcly did they do, anyways? I'll buy it, its only $20 -
I'll be honest, the face is to... wrong colored. Plus, insted of the sun rays, try rain or something like that. I have made a really crappy sketch a LOT better with a simple change of weather like that.

PSP Update - This does not look good.
Mr.FoodMonster replied to rogueleader's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Yeah, that is a good point, never thought of it that way. And if I ever get a portable 'Capcom vs _____' game I will be one very happy camper. -
PSP Update - This does not look good.
Mr.FoodMonster replied to rogueleader's topic in Modern Console Discussion
I think the PSP looks cooler, but it WILL be the end of 2D gaming. Nintendo has always been good with keeping it on the GBA, but once this wave is out, the games of good old 2D gaming are long gone. -
FOR SALE 2 SEALED ATARI GAMES!!! and DRAWING or ORDER ONE :)
Mr.FoodMonster replied to BTHOTU's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Subliminal? If you could, can you draw a picture of MegaMan (from any game you like). If I dont want it, I'm sure a few others here will. -
I was beaten up by a THUG last night!
Mr.FoodMonster replied to Jess Ragan's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Dont you read the instructions? They are made for a reason I dont know off the top of my head what the buttons are, but one of them is like a 'hold' button. You press a direction and hit that button for different grabs. The longer you hold that button, the longer you hold the board. Switching mid-air is the best because you get the most points, it multiplys the score. Its been awhile from the last time I'v played, but look at the trick list in-game as well. -

I actually thought that game was way too easy. Its also terribly short. -

Well, get offline and go play it NOW. If I ever get an XBox, thats the first game I will get. Yes, they are both for the saturn, but Sega also released a few games for the PC as well. They had a branch called, simply, Sega PC. -

Well I went to some churge rummage sale today. I found these two old assed PC games, 'Virtua Fighter Remix' and 'Panzer Dragoon'. Neither work on my XP, no surprize there. Anyone know anything about them? It says 'not for resale' on both of them. I also found a 'Space Channel 5' for the DC still sealed for a buck. I knew it was dirt cheap, and I dont even have a DC, but whatever. They had some classic videogame stuff last year, I was dissapointed.. -
Now, would you call this a side deal?
Mr.FoodMonster replied to MegaManFan's topic in Auction Central
There was the possiblity that somebody else could have won it under MMF's nose, and it was actually done through eBay, so its hard to say. Nice deal though. -
I hate correcting people but this is a fact of information that I think everyone should know: 500,000 is Gold and 1,000,000 is Platinum. No problem, I ment to put a '?' or 'I think its ___' but I guess I forgot. Thanks for cleaning the thread up Al.

Outrun 2...brought to the US by MICROSOFT!
Mr.FoodMonster replied to Adrian M's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Well, now I have 6 titles to be intrested in for the XBox. I though the arcade game was sweet, but my local arcade took the 3 machines they had because they were poorly made and atleast one of them broke. Go figure. -
For the obviously un-informed in this thread (seems to be quite a few) going 'gold' in the gaming world means that the game is finished completely and can be sent to be mass produced, not that it sold X amount of copies (if you are thinking music related, it would be 100,000)
-
Nothing, obviously

Happy happy happy, joy joy joy. /good thing I almost have enough for the top of the line GFX card

PC 007 Nightfire: any good?
Mr.FoodMonster replied to spongebue's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Its really, really, really bad. The console versions are 100x better. That thing dropped down to $15 2 weeks after it was on store shelves. -
Wow, I am really bad at this. Who picks next week? (ME ME ME!!!)
-
These guys that make all the portable systems are cool as hell. I have seen some incredible little machines, and I hope to get/make one some day.

I wish the PS2 had downloadable stuff as well though -
Well, I say if you can resurface a game with a black bottom, you can do the same with an XBox game, a DVD a PS2 game ect ect
