  1. I'm interested, but I have no idea what something like this is "worth" - you'll have to tell me :)

I just want to check out the game and play it...

i honestly don't know if this is playable on a retail machine, it might only be playable on a debug.

as for what it's worth, i've recently sold some n64 stuff that i think is comparable. i don't want to outprice myself but i'm thinking around $400 for this one of a kind item.

  2. hi all,

was hoping to get an estimate on the following systems before posting:

boxed emerson arcadia 2001. styrofoam is intact, no manual. front face of the box, top left, is torn away. system is flawless, clean and tested working. 3 CIB games included (all of them have both overlays), 11.ocean battle, 13.3d bowling, 20.brain quiz

apf mp 100 games system. clean and tested. 4 carts only, pinball/dungeon hunt/blockout, space destroyers, ufo/sea monsters/break it down/rebuild/shoot (missing end label), brickdown/shooting gallery

    thanks for your help!

  4. thank you, that did the trick for me!

i'm curious, is there any way to attach/detach a bluetooth controller via a command line?

would love to add that to my front end pre/post command lines to attach/detach my wiimote

I finally figured out that it was my WiiMote/bluetooth driver which was installed under Game Controllers that was causing the headaches. Once I removed it from the game controllers in the control panel, both programs worked. You may not have a wiimote configured, but in any event, I would suggest removing all game controllers first and try installing Nostaligia? Then again, by now you may have already gotten it working.

  5. posting all of this on ebay tomorrow if there's no interest here

please check out my edits up top, two of these carts are eval copies. also, i just got done pricing via closed auctions on ebay so i have a rough idea of what these are worth. i'll be posting for auction tomorrow some time so if you are interested, make an offer up front :)

oh...you keep the BASIC carts! I will take the rest maybe! :D

  7. EDIT: two of the carts (football and robotron) are eval copies, small yellow sticker. need to fire them up to see if they have any kind of version number.

EDIT 2: opened the carts up, they are indeed some kind of eval/beta as the chips have the same yellow sticker on them (marked HI / LOW). i opened a few other cartss and all the chips are soldered in and these two games have socketed chips.

  8. sorry all, the whole lot sold on an n64 specific board. (i'm not cheating on atari age, i swear!)

    hey guys,

i used to work at ubisoft, spent 6 years there. every year, they would clean house and throw a bunch of stuff into boxes, first come first serve. i have a few things i'd like to get rid of but wouldn't be able to auction off on ebay. here is what i have:

n64 wide boy. this was used during development to play beta advanced game boy games on an n64. it's made by "intelligent systems" and i don't believe anything like this made it to retail. it looks like a long n64 cart with a slot up top for an agb cart.

GB x changer mgd3 (by bung) with cable. this is a gameboy flash cart system. i *think* i have the flash cart, listed below, but have no way of testing anything of this stuff.

gb flash cart(?). it has "aladdin 6/22" written across the front. the label underneath that says "64kbit, 256 kbit, 1Mbit" on it so i think this is the flash mentioned above

nintendo gameboy "dmg-mbc5-32m-r-flash" yellow rumble flash cart. the internal ubisoft label has "rayman" written on it. i believe this to be an official nintendo flash cart with rumble for the gameboy given to developers. i couldn't tell you what version of rayman is on it tho.

any nintendo freaks on here that wants the lot? make me an offer!

i have a lot price in mind but don't want to sound stupid if it's to high. any intel experts reading want to give me a ball park?

feel free to make an offer and if it's close to what i have in mind, we can go from there.

  10. PM sent for Wico & y-cable.

    bump. any interest?

a note about the controllers. i had to replace the flex circuit (gold from best) on one. for two of them, i opened and painted all the buttons with keypad repair paint. for the last, i did nothing. when i put this stuff into storage 4 years ago, i painted that one controller and when i pulled it it recently, it was still working 100%, like new. i mention that so you know that two that have the keys painted, will last.

for the boxed system, would love a local buyer. that atari box is huge.

if no one is interested, i'll throw these up on ebay.

    thanks, tony

  11. Just how complete is it? 100%? Even the maps? That system came with tons of papers.

ok, finally went and grabbed everything, pic of the system and contents is attached. the system is 100% complete. not only that, i don't think it has ever been played. the lightgun cord is still in it's poly bag. the twisty ties look like they have never been undone.

all of the paperwork is included and in fact, it is still shrinkwrapped (the owners mnanual and flight simulator 2 books have never been opened). the two included carts are still shrunk together.

the styrofome inside the box is complete and all of the little plastic bags that the system was wrapped in are still in there! as i said, the box has some wear but no missing flaps or no tears.

i bought this system for my collection, took it out and displayed it but never bothered even trying it out until just now, it's working.

    hope this answers the questions
