  1. If you want to play games Go for a 500+ or a 1200,I'd say go for a 600 but they are scarce in the USA.The 1200 will play early amiga games with a kickstart disk. You should be able to pick up an Amiga 500 or 500+ for $40.00 or less an Amiga 1200 will set you back at least $100.00.Most of the ones you see on E-bay are in the UK and are very cheap and easy to find there for very little money.Don't get a CD32 and hope that the upgrade modules like The SX32 are anywhere near as good as actually buying an Amiga 1200 computer. All those modules are garbage and have terrible problems with ram failure and sytem crashes and are way to much to buy.

Mine is the same and i live in the USA .I've never had sound on my 5200 and the picture is terrible and i've tried everything but set fire to it.

  3. Actually Telegames UK DID have Battlesphere, I come from that City and pop in from time to time. It was in stock at 59.99 and was then listed as o/s forever after. They tried hard to get more in as I spoke with them on the subject and we were discussing why they couldn't get anymore in. The listing of Battlesphere was nothing to do with getting hits as it was also on their printed price lists at said price.

    Bargain

Your making it up as you go along.I know for a fact that the people who actually made Battlesphere in the USA could not sell the game that cheap themselves so how Are a crap company like Telegames going to sell it that cheap. You are thinking of Battlemorph which They did sell for $59.99. How are you getting your prices anyway The UK uses Pounds not Dollars .If your going to make shit up at least make it sound real.

I'm agreeing with CNN's analyst. Sony is probably raising expectations, only to come out at $400. Notice how this exact same method of hype was used for the PSP.

The 360 release proved that a new system can be released at $400 and easily sell-out. I don't expect Sony to repeat the two-version mistake either.

It only sold out because there were not enough made.If you look at the figures it was good but not a great launch and the Dreamcast launch was actually more sucsessful in numbers but the general public doesn't look at numbers. It looked an awesome debut unless you look at the details. The only other good launch area for the 360 was in the UK .Everywhere else still has 360's on shelves unsold. The rumour is that MS are losing at least $300.00 per console and it's been estimated more. It's an artifical console war and iI'm glad that Nintendo backed down and decided to add a bit of sanity to it.Sony can't afford to lose too much on the PS3, it has cash but i suspect it's not willing to bring down the whole company by cutting sale prices on the PS3 .I'd like to Microsoft go bankrupt but i don't think Bill will let that happen. It's going to be interesting.

  5. Well if he gave you his address just turn up at his house ,That really freaks them out.I bought a non working laptop for spares and the seller obviously didn't get what he wanted for it .I sent off a Money Order which he cashed and he never sent the Laptop.Well I was in Ohio a few weeks later due to work, So i paid the very scared guy a vist.Yes i got my Laptop.

  6. Amiga 500 has a special RF port which only takes a large Modulator or a special Amiga to Monitor cable which are both Rf and Audio out .There's a Mono Video out port and that will give a Black and white feed out. but it won't show if the VGA output is working.I'm looking for an Amiga but the shipping costs more than the Computer is worth.

  7. Battlesphere was available in limited quantities at Telegames UK for sixty quid a copy (ninety dollars/euros) they sold out about three four years back and havent managed to get anymore in. There's your chance, and you missed it, had I known at the time it was so rare( and contained JUGS) I'd have bought the lot. Still, nevermind. Shop around that's what I say.

Telegames didn't sell Battlesphere .One time they had it listed but they never had any .I think it was to get more hits.I never buy from Telegames ,Bunch of Wankers.

  8. I've never seen one of these before, but I agree with Karri's assessment -- it's definitely some kind of device to allow you to control/monitor the audio output directly.

I've seen something like that before at a computer Fair in the UK years ago.I was told it was a Videologic screen grabber for advertising and screen shots ect.The guy selling it told me you could play Lynx games on a PC monitor and save screens to your hard drive. It could be something totally different though.
