Back in the 1800s, before movies or tv or videogames, a BOOK was released that ended with the Main Character killing himself. People who read the book were actually stupid enough to imitate that character. The problem is not the book. Or the game. It's the idiots who can't separate fantasy & reality. Imprision those idiots, and leave the rest of us sane people enjoy our books and games.

Some games like Zelda: WW and Metroid Prime and Rez use the rumble very, very effectively. Other games like FF10 or Kingdom Hearts is a complete waste. So it depends on the game. . That said, I prefer Force Feedback like the steering wheels used in racing games. That makes it feel like you're actually DRIVING the car instead of just playing a game.

It could be worse. Back when Pac-Man was king, Atari had to port it to: 2600, 5200, Intellivision, Colecovision, Apple, Commodore=64, Atari 800, IBM PC, and a few other consoles I've probably forgotten. The same was true for other popular games like Pitfall. In comparison, today's 3-console market is a breeze.

Wow. I thought the GBA was much more powerful than that and could easily emulate a slow Atari.

The cable was developed to support the new Super VHS videotapes in the 1980's. Naturally it was named "S-VHS cable". Now everyone uses DVDs for their movies. so the cable was renamed "S-Video" to prevent confusion. Both terms are correct, but the term "S-VHS cable" is the older one. It's no different than saying "tissue" or "Kleenex".

Let's say 4 kilobytes for the average Atari game. That's 4 kilobytes * 60 = 240 kilobytes *or* 1/4 megabyte. The Gameboy Advance carts can EASILY hold that much data. So, what is the max size for a GBA cart? 32 megabytes?

Yeah collecting is no fun. I'd rather go collect seashells at the beach (and enjoy the feminine beauties). What Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie did was to make the collecting a challenge. It was the *challenge* that kept me coming back for more.

I prefer Karateka (C=64 version). I have not played SC2 yet, but I enjoyed the original game Soul Blade/Edge thoroughly. Being a novice, I can appreciate the simplicity of one-button moves to wipe an opponent.

Agree 100%. Only disappointment is the length. At near 30 hours I am rather bored and wondering if it will ever end.
