Trying to diagnose an iMac problem where it slams the network with outgoing data. None of the good network monitor tools seem to support Snow Leopard.

  Just using Network Utility at the moment. Downloading Wireshark.

  Finally found out that the owner had installed JustCloud. It was trying to do a backup. I don't work on Macs very often.

  Not sure how gimped OSX is compared to a straight *nix but between wireshark, TCPDUMP and a few other things there are loads of network tools for that platform.
