  1. Ah, the age old question appears again. I have both a XEGS and 5200 that I purchased much later in my gaming days as I never had either (or an Atari 8 bit computer) growing up. In my opinion, the 5200 is a unique experience that can't really be duplicated. If you're willing to spend some extra money to get a good working 5200 controller from best electronics for example, I highly recommend getting a 5200. If you just want to play the 8 bit/5200 library and don't really care too much about the experience of the 5200 analog controller, then an 8 bit is the way to go since all of the 5200 games have been ported and homebrewed. You could then get a flashcart from Atarimax and basically get the entire library for it.
  2. That Madden is strange for sure. I think the first game came out in the late 80s on Apple II. Domino kind of reminds me that Tapper was never on deck to be ported to the INTV to my knowledge. That would have been great.
  3. One of my all time favorites. Love it
  4. This is the github link for Runner-Z here: https://github.com/JosueCom/Runner-Z
  5. The Holyoke Stateline store downsized a bit unfortunately so it's not as big of a storefront in the mall as it used to be. If you hit up Enfield, there's both Game X Change and Stateline only a few minutes apart from each other. I haven't been to the Manchester Stateline, but it's probably good as well as it is run by good people who love gaming. Good prices all around at Stateline and Game X Change. Stateline is strictly retro video games while Game X Change also has movies, vinyl, and other things.
  6. I live in northern CT and I usually visit Stateline Games in Holyoke Mall in Holyoke, MA and their sister location in the Enfield Square Mall in Enfield, CT. They also just opened a new location at 194 Buckland Hills Drive in Manchester, CT. There is also a Game X Change in Enfield as well. Both stores have very reasonable prices.
  7. I'm getting the same message of the site cannot be reached, although I just noticed that the original post is from 2011!
  8. My memory is getting bad! Yeah, I bought the board and then the box/manual around the same time through Rev and Steve.
  9. Nothing against the 2600, which is a great system in its own right, but the launch lineup was Air Sea Battle, Blackjack, Combat, Indy 500, Basic Math, Star Ship, Surround, Video Olympics, and Street Racer. Hardly a showcase for what the system would be capable of in later years. From what I recall, in my opinion, Playstation 1 had pretty bad launch titles and PS2 wasn't much better.
  10. Received mine a while ago. The packing and overall package is wonderful. Thank you!
  11. Yes, I have Shark Shark 2 and it was complete in box with instruction manual, board, and end label. You would just put the board in an old cart and put the provided Shark Shark 2 end label over the old label.
  12. Looks like an arcade marquee! Can't believe it's been 10 years already. Christmas Carol is truly one of my favorite games and is remarkable on INTV. Can't wait!
  13. The slime! Really impressive. I would have never thought an INTV could handle games like this without some sort of expansion. Incredible.
  14. Donation sent. One of my all time favorites on the 2600. Thank you!
  15. Thank you! Looks great. Can't wait to give it a go.
  16. It's a much better game than I expected. I enjoy it quite a bit. One of the better rare games in retro collecting in my opinion.
  17. Just ordered one controller on the website. Please add me to the list for the normal version. Thank you!
  18. Bought. Been waiting for this to be restocked at INTV Revolution, but this will do!
