I would say try another computer for good measure, and if need be reformat/reinstall windows. May seem like a long stretch but worth a shot (or see if you can get it running on a VM) I would say all of the above is worth a shot :)

Hello! New member and first time poster. Those first two videos you posted are mine. Not sure where you got the PC version (Might have been my upload with all my files) Maybe shoot me a PM or let me know if my files are the source you are using. You could try using the nGlide wrapper... and here are the "cracked" .exe's - http://rottentreats.com/SFRushCracks.rar (only problem with my files or maybe the crack is that when you bump into railing or other cars you get an explosion sound instead of a bump sound... working on that now) Either way let me know if that helps, really great game! If you have the original disc or game maybe we could work something out to get some progress made Let me know if there are any other questions!
