The center is where I'm weak, I DO go for it after about 3rd level, but if baddies are thick I'll concede with a clear:) Come to think of it no time penalty to wait out screens 1 and 2

Its key one understands the rules in Ladybug, you do get the blue/yellow/red phases? Getting SPECIAL is key to a higher score. My strategy each screen - at start, clear the center, then when turns blue get all 3 BLUE hearts as quick as possible. Keeping gates uniformly closed/open is a key to wall off baddies, as well as traps to steer them into skulls

205,430! Stayed up so late last night chasing this, still about 10,000 shy of my all time top which I hope to surpass, 2 veggie rampages! I have a lot of practice hours in this game, i actually prefer this port to arcade. My only gripe, not enough C's come up for SPECIAL

The struggle is real

JUST now getting the rhythm of the game, NOT clearing all of each ring is the real key to success, timed with thrusting when vulnerable. This is SUCH a good game, with so much depth and addictive replay value, what a gem. These past 3 homebrews blow me away, as well as the ones coming. What a community.

BRILLIANT game and programming, a technical marvel, but HARD:) And thats fun:)

So I have the 'Star Castle Homebrew.bin' rom on my Harmony, and it is DIFFICULT out of the box, 3 drones that chase you incessantly, not nearly as gentle as the video, whats the correct rom? Tried the linked rom but obviously for stella, crashed:) Thanks guys.
