Linux on PS3 sucked because it completely restricted access to the GPU. Dont just conveniently leave that detail out (for the sake of deliberately making the VCS look worse no doubt)

Jag wasnt made by original atari Neither was the Lynx, 7800, most of the home computer line, and Ataris forgotten line of PC compatibles, as far as I know. I think the openness aspect of VCS fits well into classical atari design philosophy in some ways. Ive heard Atari computer users back in the day comprised a lot of the geeky DIY crowd...

I preordered an onyx console with no controllers. The least risk option. I can live without the shitty right handed CX40 clone and Xbox pad. I have a Unicomp buckling spring keyboard and mouse. I can use a generic Bluetooth controller.. I should also hopefully be able to use my USB gravis gamepad pro for nostalgias sake

Ouya was an android tablet/smartphone in a console box. This is a full on PC running Linux. Idk why people keep comparing the two. Theoretically VCS is more powerful than Nintendo switch, but will developers take advantage of that? Should be able to run DOOM better lol
