VICTOLY! I found a Vader on the curb once. Served me well for a while, but then it died.

Well, yes. But can you do THIS with a VCS cart? *strikes Miqorz with a 5200 cart, stunning him momentarilly* And FamiCom versions were still the same depth through to the end. It's not that they HAD to make a bigger PCB, but it was easy enough given all the sapre space they'd designed into the NES cart.

Not sure what all's in my collection(need to catalog it sometime) but I can take a shot... Dark Chambers. Was a gift, acquired when Sears was closing their surplus centers. It's also a semi-decent game, in good shape(still have the manual, but I chunked the box for some reason. Collectors may proceed to kill me), and rarity 4.

That's standard behavior. Right on the joystick is the same line as paddle 1 fire. Left on the joystick is paddle 2 fire. ALL paddle games work like that with Gemini controllers. ... It makes for an interesting Canyon Bomber.
-
The PS1 had pseudo-paddles in the form of the NegCon(the controller twisted) and JogCon(had a big wheel thing in the middle) controllers. ... Alas, they were only supported by racing games.
-
Left is fire on paddle 2, as I recall. So AstroBlast is likely unplayable with a Gemini stick regardless.

Systems you don't have, but want the most?

I have a Vectrex and Studio 2. Never actually used the Studio 2. It's in a box in the garage. Anyways... I want a Sega Master System. And a TurboDuo. -
I think that this could more likely be the problem.. Hey, I got a half-hour out of Berzerk that way when my power supply went bad.

Warlords, Missile Command, and Combat. Missile Command was actually developed by Hasbro. And after stuff like Frogger, it's incredibly good work for the company.
-
*cries* No one voted for the Vectrex! WAAAAAAAAH!

Jack hammer.

True, except that the 32x doesn't fit well on the Gen2 without a spacer. I don't have the spacer as I bought it used. If I had one, that is the way, I'd go. Ah.I never had a 32x to play with.

I found an NES that someone had destroyed by trying to remove a plastic bag that had been jammed in the cart slot. With a fork. The connector pins were either broken off or sticking out of the connector. Gah.I used tweezers and a pocket knife, and was real careful about not ripping pins out. I think the cardboard had been there a while. Dunno why I hadn't noticed my games weren't going in all the way, though.

Errrr... Whouldn't it be easier to put the 32x on the Gen2/SCD? Stereo sound without any real effort.

Personally, I don't like the look of the Vader. The glossy black front panel looks out of place on the machine. I think they should've redesigned the entire case instead of just replacing the woodgrain.

Lets not forget Human Cannonball *SPLAT!* OU . CH

As of this June, the only DC servers still online are Phatnasy Star Online and PSO version 2. What I was getting at was that if you took a Dreamcast, you would have not only its games, but access to the Internet. I mean, you can go online with a DC through an ISP, right? I've never done it myself. No reason. Oh. Yeah. AS long as you get the log-in information(which is needed for a PC too, but it's often hiddenf rom you) Heh.
-
Heh. I remember thinking that too.
-
I always liked bouncing the guy in Human Cannonball off the walls and seeing if I could "reload" the cannon.
-
The paddles in them look like chew toys, so they mistake the cartridge as theirs.
-
Just a diffrent publisher with their own cart shells instead of using Sega's shells. I think they were all Electronic Arts games.
-
My NES had a piece of cardboard crammed up in the cart connector. Althena only knows how it got there.

Personally, I'd make a "button box" that you could plug in so you'd have your buttons in a seperate unit that could be positioned wherever you wanted(ever wanted gas and break pedals for Rad Racer? ), maybe even switchable between internal and external buttons(who really uses the player 1/2 switch?).

The 7800 isn't 5200-compatible. The 7800 is VCS/2600-compatible.
