  Yeah, there used to be loads of them on Netflix but for some reason most of the classic Doctor Who episodes got removed awhile ago.

  It's all about licensing - how long they're allowed to keep content available. When the terms of the deal expire, the content has to go away. It would probably be too expensive for them to keep everything in perpetuity.
