      Given that the grey cart didn't actually sell (they were troll bids), this one probably won't fare any better.

      Why was it considered troll bids? The winning big was a eBay member with 100% rating and close to 800 feedback. Did someone hack his account or something?

      They were troll bids as the bidders didn't intend to follow through with the purchase. There's little reproduction for buyers who back out of sales. eBay only takes action if it's something that a user is doing on a regular basis. The seller already said that the sale fell through. Given its condition, this cart shouldn't have sold for more than $6,000 (even that's pushing it).
