  1. My fiancee and I inherited these from her father, "Captain Steve" Morgenstern, the founding editor of Atari Age mag. We contributed a high-res photo of this to Tim Lapetino's "Art of Atari" book, have one proudly hanging in the kitchen and sold another one. Turns out we had one more tucked away in the wrong tube. It's in beautiful shape, apart from some very minor wear to the edges that would be covered up by a frame if you opted to frame it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131822464749
  2. I think this thing is pretty funny. After all, your 2600 won't grow up and disappoint you. I'm kidding of course - but it's still pretty funny. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131474804143?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  3. Selling a gold pin that was originally available only through the Atari Club Christmas catalog. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131474813059?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  4. These are going fast. Vol 2 # 2, Vol 2 # 4, and Vol 2 # 5 have now sold out completely. There are precious few copies left of Vol. 1 # 3 (Swordquest cover) Vol. 1 # 4 (E.T. cover) Vol. 1 # 5 (Crazy Climber) Vol 1 # 6 (Real Sports) and Vol. 2 # 3. http://www.ebay.com/sch/stanspreviouslyownedvessels/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
  5. Unfortunately I haven't got the hardware to test it, but this came from the estate of Atari Age magazine's editor Steve Morgenstern, so it's assuredly the genuine article.
  6. I'm auctioning an iron-on patch that is pretty rare. It was a prize to the Atari Club's 15,000 point scorers of their Gravitar challenge, and wasn't ever sold commercially. http://www.ebay.com/itm/141597269474?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  7. I'm auctioning a prototype cartridge for Robotron 2084 on the 7800. Pretty rare! http://www.ebay.com/itm/141597269625?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  8. Hi all. I'm accepting offers to name your price on any back issues of Atari Age you might be missing. Combined shipping is not only possible, but encouraged. I am moving soon and want to clear these out as soon as possible, so I'll likely accept as small an amount of money as you'd offer me for them. 10. The jackass who won the auction before never paid up, and nobody was interested in the second chance offers, so I'm auctioning them again! A good "starter kit" in here, though I don't know if any of 'em work. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131217213398?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 3-D Tic Tac Toe (booklet included) Air Sea Battle (booklet included) Backgammon (booklet included) Basic Programming (booklet included) Bowling (booklet included) Breakout Canyon Bomber (booklet included) Casino (booklet included) Centipede (controller label included) Circus Atari (booklet included) Code Breaker (booklet included) Concentration (booklet included) Crystal Castles Defender (booklet and controller label included) Dodge ‘Em (booklet included) Donkey Kong (Sears VG System compatible, booklet included) E.T. 11. Tempest - sorry, but what does "dumped" mean?
  12. A fellow named "loserboy2013" - as his name suggests - did not pay for his games for over a week and has left no communication. Screw 'im. I offered a Second Chance Offer to the second-highest bidding guy.
  13. Listing them seemed the fairest thing, seeing as how I got a lot of notes from people interested. 14. Toilettunes- I will, certainly. The plastic ones are 5200 cartridges, right? Are the naked microchips too, or are they from another system?
  15. Here's some pics. A Photobucket gallery here, and a few choice shots below. http://s859.photobucket.com/user/cinqcentcoups/library/Loaner%20Cartridges?sort=3&page=1
  16. I've got a box of these from Steve Morgenstern's house. Some are in plastic with hand-written labels, and some are just the microchip with a printed label sticker on it. No idea if they actually work. I've got no working Atari system to test 'em out on. Centipede (chip w/o plastic) Choplifter Joust (chip w/o plastic) Mario Bros. 17. Now, I realize that playing these games without the joystick and paddles is a bit of a gyp, but these discs are great for educating your friends' and relatives' kids about what real video games are, without having to fiddle around with hooking up your dusty old 2600 console to their nice new TV. PS1 games, as you know, are compatible with PS2 and PS3. http://bit.ly/1gtG8hQ
  18. Happy to hear this project is coming along, Tim - and happy to see thumbnails of Berzerk and Demons to Diamonds on the main page!
  19. Guys, I'm sorry, I meant to post this in the "Auction Central" board.
  20. The piece is now up on eBay! Here's the link! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=141247512531
  21. Here it is! The original cover for Atari Age Vol. 1 #3, from the estate sale of the magazine's founding editor, Steve Morgenstern. Soon to be featured in the pages of The Art of Atari: From Pixels to Paintbrush, by our very own Tim Lapetino! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=141247512531
  22. A quick note in case anyone's potentially interested. These auctions all end tonight, in the next two to four hours. The Atari Age cover, Centipede, Yars' Revenge, Demons to Diamonds, "In the Chips" and the scoreboard all have pending bids, so they will be going home with somebody.
  23. I've got a bunch of old floppy disc games for various systems. No way to test if they work. I was thinking of putting them on eBay in lots according to format, but I don't know if any of them are considered like, really valuable. I'm wholly igorant of these formats. Anyone want to advise me? Here's what I've got. All games are opened and are in good-to-fair condition, except the ones marked as sealed.
