I have always enjoyed playing console games, especially Atari 2600/5200 and the SEGA console games. Newest console is a PS4 - I liked Spider-Man and HZD. I'm somewhat into sci-fi , British Detective, and comics superheroes shows / films. Grew up reading comics like Shazam!, Spider-man, Batman, and Superman/Legion of Super Heroes. Loved Star Wars and Micronauts as a kid. I started to learn guitar in 1985, I still enjoy it and learning new songs and riffs but don't have the time to do it like when I was young. Carpal Tunnel (numbness) affects all this. I created 2 5200 homebrews and 1 for Atari A8 - so far. I also enjoy being outdoors, fishing, sitting around a campfire, and being on a lake on a boat. Lately haven't found time to, however.

  1. Lower back pain for over a month now, not getting better on its own.  Like a knife in my lumbar region. Walking around  hunched over at times like a cliche old man! Not sure how this happened but the sedentary stay at home lifestyle, and sitting for a living at work, probably the reasons. Looks like i need to get physical therapy in the middle of this pandemic.

Sorry to hear it.  I'd definitely consult a doctor, get PT if needed,...A guy I used to work with had back pain and said CBD Oil was the cure for him.

Yeah i had an MRI scan done and they found a bulged disc. The stabbing pain which makes it feel very fragile is from the disc pushing on a nerve. Move in the wrong direction and feels like someone is inserting the knife. The injection i had helped bring down the swelling and this allows the disc to re-seat because the inflammation goes down. Problem is whether you have medical insurance because i hear they can cost a bit. Mine was covered by workcover. Sad thng is with the pain still there however not extreme the GP says it's a forever weakened area and is more likely to happen again. Im still waiting for the virus stuff to die down before they continue further with PT. Good luck, i know how uncomfortable and agonizing it can be mate

Good luck with that. I have an extra vertebrae in the lumbar area that partially fused on right side.
