Hi, the error message says that 'extended' memory is needed. The 800XL by default has main memory and no extended ram.

Hello all, I have been a long time lurker and this is my first post :-( I purchased an Atari 1040 STE recently and it doesn’t boot. I get a white screen and the power light comes on and it never goes to the desktop, if I put a disk in the drive it does not start reading the disk.
