Hey @PikoInteractive Is this anything to do with you guys?
You announced last year you'd bought a job lot of IP from Atari SA and among them was Beam / Melbourne House titles. And you're currently rocking Exploding Fist on your website.
Did you sell on or sub license the Horace titles to Paul Andrews or had anything to do with his current ownership?
Thanks in advance

Who me?
Naw. You just seeing me sitting a lot. 5-10 min here and there. I would say 2 1/2hrs pure neon death ray all day today.
My txk is a little on the strange side on save spots. I get them every 10 levels or more. Not based on best score. It kinda sucks. I'm wondering if lives count too. Or if my download is damaged. I also have the music cuts out 30sec or so into the game around level ...mid70s-80s. Its only one track so no biggie. Just very silent until the next music track/level begins.
By the way you know I couldn't let anyone have first for long. It just that Tempest is one of my favs and I'll prove it..lol
haha That's me at number 10

Love this game. It's immense

JMPs no good if you're trying to write position independent code though

Well I know it's not an Atari console but there's a lot of Atari DNA locked up in it yeah?
I've been trawling through the Nuon docs and it's really interesting but they seem to omit any details on how the op codes for the VLIW processors are encoded. I know LDA #00 is A9 00 and 6502 but can't find any reference for the Nuon.
I thought I'd ask in here if anyone knew a good place to look for info like that?
Any help very gratefully received

Ownership of IP

I hope you don't mind but but I've a few general questions.
When you buy up old gane IP what level of documentation do you look for to feel comfortable that you will own it after the purchase?
I can imagine it'd be tricky if the IP belonged to a company that gone through a series of acquisitions.
If you had the purchase agreement for each company sale it'd be easy to show a chain of ownership but those things are often hard to come by.
If those documents aren't available what kind of secondary documentation / testimony would you use to satisfy your due dilligence?
Cheers
