I gotta confess I've not heard of it, but many things are quite regional. I used to buy some Blue Moon Belgian White Ale, and it was 2 things I don't drink very often; A wheat beer and a spiced ale (W/ Coriander etc.). So what I'd do is add about 1 shot of something w/ Honey to it, Preferably Barenjager, but Honey Wine or Mead also works...Then it tastes like a bowl of Sugar Smacks!

That said, I think they changed the name of Sugar Smacks to Honey Golden Smacks in the 80's....For some reason they started removing the name sugar from many cereals and often replaced it with the word "honey" so moms didn't think they were growing fat kids....I have no idea if that even still exists today...

Whoa, that sounds delicious. I'll have to try that sometime!

Allagash White is brewed in Maine, but from my experience it is sold all over the country in major supermarkets (I've been able to find it out here in California no problem).
