Are there any 2600 homebrews that don't work properly with an AV-modded 2600?

  Harmony menu doesn't work on my TV with AV but are fine with RF.

  I've never had any problems with homebrews...But regular Galaxian doesn't work for me on 2600...It works fine on a 7800 however...
