    What is the appeal of collecting Funko POP? I can see collecting books or games or films because you can actually use them and engage with them, but collecting figurines to sit on a shelf...? Please enlighten me.

      If you're asking about collecting figures in general (i.e., rather than Funko Pop! specifically), I collect them for characters and character designs I like. Kind of like buying a poster of a favorite starship, or a miniature of a memorable police box.

    3DS screen protectors – yay or nay?

      If you have a launch model, it's a must unless you put Xbox 360 feet to separate the two halves so the screens don't hit. If you have any other model, it's not necessary .. unless you treat your hardware poorly.

      Use the protectors- mine have marks just from the different size screens bumping each other. I'm glad they're on there!

      The original PS2 version or the one for the PS4? The PS4 version looks like it is just s straight up port. Wondering if they fixed some of the slow down.

      The original PS2 version. From what I heard the PS4 version is exactly the same as the PS2 version – no changes whatsoever. I realize there is a tiny bit of input lag but honestly I barely notice. Fun as hell!

      i liked Jewel Quest II (PC), but nothing beats the holy trinity of puzzles: Tetris, Columns, and Bust-A-Move.

      Never tried the Mayflash...My Favorite is the HORI Real Arcade Pro, but the HORI Fighting Stick is good too without spending a lot...

      Yeah I'm really in love with my PS2 lately and Metal Slug in the arcade was one of my earliest video game memories! Does anyone know if you can use an arcade joystick with this? If so, what's the best one to get?

      the GCN version is my favorite. i spent hours crafting over 50 insanely hard PDA Games levels. spent more time in that than the actual game. too bad i lost all those levels :(

    Playing through Halo for the first time and it's blowing me away. I can't even imagine having played it in the early 2000s.

      From the older days of collecting a few weird ones, My favorite ones were Stickboy, Flaming Carrot, Ralph Snart Adventures, The Tick, and 2000 A.D./Judge Dredd.

    Finished OoT for the first time (on 3DS) recently... terrific game. Time to wrap up Kirby Triple Deluxe and then dive into Shovel Knight! 3DS, one of my favorite systems of all time.

    I wonder what the Wii's legacy will be. I've certainly loved mine and continue to cherish its many games, but I'm curious how gamers will view it 10-15 years from now.

      100 million, I think. But yes, the Wii is not difficult to find for cheap. It has its uses, though... it's not difficult to hack.

    So fed up with this universal remote, can't even access the settings menu to adjust my TV's brightness... just ordered an official Toshiba remote from eBay lol.

      had a similar situation with my Toshiba. Got a remote off ebay for $11 or so..

      What have you got? The specs do look a little excessive but you can get away with an Athlon X4 740 and a GTX660.
