  1. Man this Sam dood is one question asking fool huh? lol
  2. Anyone know of a place where I can download some of the best Basic games? Like ones from cover disks and what not. There were some pretty cool games that I typed in from mags back in the day, just wanting to find some of em.
  3. How does this differ from the real XE cart version?
  4. Anyone have a spare loose key they wouldn't mind getting rid of? I am missing this key on my Atari 800 computer.

Hmmm I had always wondered if that was true, to have both the Commodore 64 and Atari XL XE version on the same side. Do you have a Commodore 64 / 128 you can try it on? You can always download the game from the net too.
  6. Is that TT monitor yellowed? I am looking for one that is in good shape w/no yellowing. I want it to match my mint TT030.
  7. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8128436259&rd=1
  8. I am looking for Bounty Bob Strikes Back. Willing to trade a rare cartridge like Pastfinder for it or others. Let me know if you have one for sale/trade.
  9. I am missing a key on my 800. The > key. Anyone have one they could sell or send? I am in the USA. Thx
  10. If your 130XE is beige, it is discolored! The XE were gray like the ST.
  11. Look at my post above. I mention Cross Dos. Also the amiga does not have a C: device. the C: is the command dir on the Amiga, the DHx: is the device for Hard Disks. (x= a number, 0 for boot, etc.) I am a Amiga guru so if you guys need help let me know.
  12. Not that I know of, I have several mice and some are like that, others are not.
  13. Ahhh yes, I also have both a Commodore 64 and Atari 130XE. Those were the days. I still have them today as well.
  14. Got it, thanks! Now I must put it onto a real disk...
  15. Thanks, but link does not work. Where can I find XRAM?
  16. Whats a good program that will show how much memory a Atari has? I want to know how much memory a Atari 800 has, and if it can test the mem that would also be great.
  17. Well I don't think I included my TT030 in this thread. Well here is my Mint TT030 computer. It has a 030 @ 32MHz, 2MB ST RAM, 16MB TT RAM, 500MB SCSI HD and a 1.44MB Floppy.
  18. Well I have a 400 and also have a few extra Atari 800 16k memory boards, the ones without the plastic cartridge cases, can I use one of them to upgrade this 400 to 32k?
  19. About $20. I got one along with 3 other 800XL's and 3 130XE's. They are not worth much, just keep it or give it away to a friend if you don't want it.
  20. Doesn't the 400 use a different memory expansion system than the 800?
  21. You could just track down some cracked single filed or HD installable versions. I have managed to get some games to run from HD this way. I wish there was a way to do it like the Amiga does with WHDLoad! www.whdload.de
  22. Great thanks for the tip! I had that exact device, a RCA to Coax adaptor and it works great! Almost perfect picture....
  23. I got this nice Atari 400 from the Thrift Store for .99 cents. Didn't know if it worked but for $1 who cares. I plugged it into my TV with a old TV Switchbox and it seems to work. BUT the video is really really bad. Snowy and crappy. I tried to hook up a 800 I had and the same thing. Also tried a 130XE and same. How can I get better video from the RF? (I also tried another TV, same problem)
  24. What you have is a Atari 800 system. A 8-bit Computer from the late 70s. It does NOT play Atari 2600 games, it plays Atari 800 games. Newer models after the 800 were the 1200XL, 600/800XL, 65XE and 130XE (128k). All were compatible with the Atari 800.
