  1. They are not reproductions. They are original Atari boards, just repackaged into the XE look. ACTUALLY some of them are not repackaged at all! Like Joust and Jungle Hunt. They came in that case. I just applied a blue XE label to finish the job!!! Anyway this is just like a lot of the ones that Atari did with their previous releases. But Atari did not finish the job, and I am. LOL The majority of the Atari XE carts are redone versions from earlier releases, and also some popular non Atari disk games converted also. You should know this I don't know why I am typing this. Anyway if you do not see the value in what I have done, and do not think they are worth more than the original brown cased original versions, then I am sorry. I actually also own a few Nir Dary specials in the XE style and like having them in my collection.
  2. @Goochman Well that is why I am trying to sell them on eBay. I have converted a lot of older non XE atari games for my own private collection and ended up with a few spares. These look so real they are worth it. We are talking about eBay too. Why the $99 Buy it now? Some people over pay for Atari carts in general so I am trying to get the most I can. And considering their rarity. (ie the only ones ever created!) It sure would be nice if some nice Atari collector would hit that Buy it now button! I got some bills to pay! Wanna help? LOL
  3. Why would it not be worth $20? Those three alone normally get $15 - $20, let alone a XE version for the collector! They are all clean, like new and unique. They should sell for more than the original kinds, that are well used and dirty... I guess it's just me that appreciates quality.
  4. I have here a nice set of Atari classics converted to the XE case style! Great for collectors! Check it out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8115470183
  5. I found a nice shape Atari 400 at the thrift for 99 cents! No PS. Whats it worth?
  6. @Kepone Actually the 800XL took inspiration from the 1200XL.
  7. @MasterMotorola On a real ST: Get ST2DISK and write the game to disk On a PC: Convert ST to MSA and write to disk with ST2DISK or MAKEDISK (May have to boot to a DOS disk to write to disk on Win 2000/XP)
  8. I tried BOLD on a 520ST, 1040STE and Falcon030 and it worked on the latter but not on the 520ST. Does it require 1MB maybe? Great game BTW!!!

  10. You gotta pick man!! The boring wife or your Nostalgia fix!!!! Hah! Just kidding. Well all I know is that when I got a divorce I was once again free and able to buy my vintage stuffs!! LOL YEAH!!! Good luck...
  11. I got a Mega 4 that has a weird little board on the 68000. Anyone know what this is?
  12. Is it indeed a HD1.44 drive? Well it should be ok I guess. I think I had a SMD 380 in there before. Not sure what version chips I have, I just installed the new drive, and started using 1.44 disks!
  13. My TT030 had a 720k drive, and I replaced it with a Epson SMD-340 and it works great at 1.44MB.
  14. Well I have several Amigas from the A600 to a decked out A4000!!! What program do I need and how to I copy the ST disks???
  15. I have lots of original disks that I would like to make a backup copy of. Does anyone have a Disk Copy program that will make a backup of copy protected software? Will Pro Copy ST do the trick?
  16. Why erase Amiga disks? Use HD disks. Though they may not last as long as real DSDD disks. Unless you have no use for Amiga disks!
  17. Yeah I only want the US versions. I have managed to get three (3) yes 3 Pastfinder carts! All 3 US versions. I have about completed my duplicate set from all the bidding I had done recently! LOL
  18. Well I own most of the boxes but not all. Pastfinder, Ketstone Kapers I am missing, all the others I have. The only Disk based games were like Hacker 2, Ghostbusters, and maybe a few others. I only wanted the cartridges.
  19. If anyone has done the 1200XL video mods please post your experiences.
  20. I too want to do the video upgrade to my poor arsed 1200XL! The output is terrible! I am confused on which to do, some mods are very simple while others seem very complicated, like the recent Clearpic 2002 (a lot more work to do on this one!) I think I may just do the original one, only 4 components need to be installed, and the rest removed or jumpers installed.
  21. This is my Activision collection! Took me quite a while to get all the carts ever made for the Atari 800.
