well atari pc1 gem will not work on a vga computer card its only ega, but i can use ega gem write and gem paint in my gem 3 desktop.

I have been looking for the yellow spiral Atari PC1 Docs. Anyone have scans of those? Also looking for docs for a PCH204 drive.

 

charliecron: I do have an Atari made cable connecting my PC1 and PCH204. It is a very custom cable. many lines are moved, switched, or disconnected. I looks hard to duplicate. imo

 

Aiso, I can't get Atari GEM to load off the 204. It only loads from disk. I'm sure there are some pointer in a few sys/bat files that need to change, but I'm not sure which or where. suggestions? Thanks

Is possible for you to take a photo that you did repair the port A on joystick/mouse ? I know it is hard to take a clear photo ...

 

I did not take any photos of the reapear or video i just got on the hourse and did it, when the cups full off put the key side down

on two blocks if you can to keep it off the table and site the cups back in the key holls. you want have any trubble at all

put your good glasses on peal back the plastic cover to undo the scrows take them all out and do it.

I have fix'd my mouse port with the soldering on my 520ste works great now, one rubber cup is missing from the return key but use the picture

from the webpage it shows were thay go as thay full off like mine did.

Yes i know about the arcade bbs it runs on a acorn risc os computer from london its verry good there was a nather risc os bbs to

its the bbs.halium.com:23 i have dialed into that to. there is a youtube video of a dud dialing to to the arcade bbs with a amstrad CPC 64k

by dialup modem try to find it on youtube.

I like to login to heatwavebbs with my tandy deskmate telecom terminal program the bbs looks nice in mono ansi.

I just found lynx for windows 95 so i can brows the web in dos mode with out any trubble im useing it on my Trunknet PC a old pentium 100

and windows 95. and no matter how hard i tryed i cant get a real dos computers to use tcp/ip i do have easynet for my amiga 1200

but my eyes are to bad at looking at a tv monitor so i have to use dos computers now to see clear on a big lcd monitor.

and lo/hi. On my STE it only has the video plug but the kind you wood use for a video connecter not tv. is more help for you

Thanks i did a scan and i now have atari on my tv set cool.

it started up fast and with out the disk in it boots longer

How you know that it boots up OK ?

What cable, connectors you use, on what TV input ?

Just to mention that you need to tune TV on VHF low, aprox. channel 2 for Atari, if use RF cable (antenna cable).

I got my Atari 520STe working at last and its new for me but now when i tern on the STe

there is no video output to the tv set. But the STe boot up ok and runs good but no video

can i have some help in getting the video output working.
