Indeed! (Or more accurately - a replacement.)
But then the question is... which controller?
Looks Vectrexian-ish to me!

And S-Video. I just couldn't get my camera to reliably capture both interlaced frames. I need to figure that out. But this all looks fine in real life:
To capture two 1/60th frames in the same photo you should set your camera to 1/30th of a second exposure time (or slower) and grab both of them. I would highly recommend putting your camera on a flat surface or mount it on a tripod with a countdown timer to eliminate button press shaking, because holding your camera with your hands at that exposure time is almost guaranteed to result in a blurry image.

Great story and great job! I'll PM you my address to send it back... j/k!!
Wow, after I completely mangled it I never thought it would ever sing beautiful POKEY songs again, amazing work!

I cleaned up James' console before sending it back, but spaced-out and completely neglected to clean the cartridge slot. Probably because it was working.
What?!? My 2600 cart slot is filthy? 😉 /me gets out some cardboard...

I once suggested to Albert that he publish a homebrew calendar using some of the label/box art that have graced various games over the years. I think that would be pretty cool.
Oh man, a hardcover full colour AtariAge Art book filled with homebrew manual/box art and game screenshots would be incredible! There have been a number of high quality books like that put out in the past few years that are so stylish, that would be awesome.

Next, I have to actually execute the final illustrations. On a difficulty scale of 1-10 (1 being super easy, barely an inconvenience, 10 being insane), I'd give them:
Wow wow wow, wow. New Atari 2600 & 7800 homebrew artwork is TIGHT!
Can't wait to see them!!

I think they missed a bit of an opportunity to include a bunch of the other original Game & Watch games on this as bonus content. But that's not what most people are looking for.
I would have definitely given this a second look if it included a bunch of Game & Watch games, completely missed opportunity.
It actually kind of baffling it didn't include Super Mario Bros Game & Watch (1986) on the Super Mario Bros Game & Watch (2020)?!? I thought that would be a no brainer decision.

If Mr. Rogers says it's okay to record things off the TV, it probably is.

It's a great read Nathan and will be very useful for others trying to fix their 2600's in the future!

It would have been an incredible release on cart, it's really well made! We had a ton of fun playing it on the show yesterday, I was really surprised when I cleared the board on the second game!

Hi Chris,
Your games are unique, innovative and a ton of fun to play, please don't give up making them! I've played dozens of your titles on ZPH over the years and sincerely appreciate the diversity of ideas you put into each of your titles.
Your games have had three nominations in previous editions of the AHAs and I know that I would be extremely proud of that given the huge number of Atari 2600 titles that are released every year.
I also did a quick checking on the top number of downloads of your games get there are 100's of people playing your homebrew, Please continue to keep making games, there are a ton of people out there that are enjoying them.
