Isn't the bandwidth an "up to"? In Germany this means that at least 2/3rd of the advertised bandwidth have to be provided.

Very true, they do say "up to" and it might also be my internal equipment limiting the speeds as well (network card, cabling etc..).  Either way, 600+ Mbps is WAY more than I need and I actually upgraded for the massive boost from 15Mbps to 100Mbps as I do a lot of large uploading.

James, I wasn't able to catch the stream but enjoyed the replay. Glad to see Nathan's label too. It's pretty sharp and I love the gloss look with the sharpness of the graphics. The whole concept of the characters popping out and above the plane was well done.

I like how for the most part both of you were able to get far, but then the difficulty leaves something more to go back and finish. Thanks for showing Venture Reloaded.

You're so welcome! I'm looking forward to playing it again on the show, I know I can complete the game with just a few more plays (or more). The difficulty ramps up at just the right speed to make it challenging but still a ton of fun. Again, superb job on the game and 100% a must buy!!

Oh i can't wait! I'd love some ideas.
I have a dr. appt tonight at 5:30, so I might miss it.  Is there an archive for Twitch?

You bet, you can watch it right after the show finishes on Twitch on the ZPH twitch channel through the link above!

You know... there actually is a label for Venture Reloaded.

Oops, there one! I can't find a high enough resolution version online, I'll have to scan it from my cart later today when I get a chance for the show.  Thanks Nathan!

    @ZeroPage Homebrew

Here is updated binary with couple bugs fixed.  The ships now return to their starting position after launch.
Also, I forgot to mention, the concept here is that the longer the path you create, the more power your ship will have.
This is subtle, but the ships will change shape as their travel on the path.

    (PS: "programmer's block" broken!)

Nice, thanks for the great update! Looking forward to playing it on the show tonight.

I've got a lot of fun ideas for the game that'll I'll talk about on the show. Congratulations on the programmer's block being broken!

  9. Thanks for joining the ZeroPage Homebrew club! I'm looking forward to seeing your game when you're ready to share it!

You may have better luck with asking questions about homebrew programming in other forums or clubs as this one is dedicated to the Twitch stream called ZeroPage Hoembrew where  I show off the latest 2600 & 7800 homebrews.

Depending on what console/computer you're developing for you can find lots of great help in the various 'Programming' forums.

  10. The fight continues against video interference! I was able to find at least a temporary solution to the problem.

I ran an extension cord for the camera to the hallway but that didn't work, still video interference on both the 2600 & 7800. I then ran it even further to another room and (PHEW!) it finally went away and resulted in a clear picture! This is not an ideal solution running cabling around the house but it'll have to do for now. I'm guessing the hallway is on the same circuit as the broadcast office?

I have no idea how this was all set up to produce a clear picture before I moved everything upstairs for AtariAge Day but no matter what I do within the broadcast studio I can't get rid of the video interference. The fact that the interference happens on both the 2600 and 7800 makes me believe it's not either of those systems, I think it's just the simple fact that everything is plugged into the same circuit interfering with each other.
