I also would prefer that any files generated by CoolCV be stored in the CoolCV directory or a sub-directory.
Ya, I'd like the same thing. Please.

Ok, post #9. I'll try.
-
Which post number?

I tried installing it from scratch and nothing would run. Maybe all the above installs are upgrades maybe? Rather than fresh installs? There are a few files...
I dunno, I'm usually pretty good installing stuff. LOL

Unless you're a big fan is educational games, I'd stay away from those.

Activision and Atarisoft to me had the best releases overall. Pound for pound. Parker Brothers was hit and miss, but good for the most part.
It's whoever got the arcade exclusives first really.
-
it probably did install but it's hard to find. It installed on my machine to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Toshiba\Setup1\NES and CV Sequencer
It's not a matter of not finding the exe it doesn't run.

Just checking in on this title. Any further news?
-
I'm having a hard time installing this for the first time.
Would it be possible to get some instructions.

Great idea! Coop multiplayer games are always welcome!
And a valid concern. A regular tank has a crew of sometimes 5 or more people each specializing as driver, loader, gunner, command etc.. I am going to add the option to lock/unlock via keypad the rotation of the turret in position so you can just drive and shoot forward or if you prefer pointing at whatever angle..... I prefer having full control but it can get confusing when your turret is facing the wrong way.
just writing this now It has occured to me... to add a second player option to divide the controls. 1 driver/command 1 gunner... hey hey what do you think of that?
-
I like it. How are the tank controls? That's the only part I was concerned with honestly.
Looks cool overall.
-
Are they Super Game Module games? I'm guessing no, but always good to check.

Please put me down for one copy if you make more of this game.
Just PM him, he should be able to get one out to you.

Here is a dumb question.. How is it all powered. Would be nice to not use the pos psu that the original colecos have.
If I remember correctly juice said it would use a generic power supply. Assuming 5V or 12V.

Well I'm anxious to get mine. I'll post a video too!

Good job. I installed the +5 volts mod from Console5 too, no delay BIOS, and the AV mod from Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ColecoVision-A-V-Composite-Video-Mod-Kit-NTSC-PAL-DIY-/181061180246?var=&hash=item2a28165b56:m:m_9WzGb9DsMt7YHk-d5g4GQ)... and mess up one of my Coleco's sadly (after the ram install which was the last step). 100% my fault.
I think that I either killed my VDP, or one of the RAM modules is bad.
I'll eventually get a pro to look at it.

Look in the top Forum. Colecovision Programming Forum. He released his source code for Zombie Near with the rom in it.
I just asked Oscar himself. It's a 128K ROM, and it was added to the site.

Very nice site. One suggestion, maybe you could add a hack section for things like Daniel B's hacks of Turbo and Slither, etc.
Oh yeah, Zombie Near rom was just released by Nanochess. Thanks Namochess.

Where?

Atari Expansion Module Compatiblity?
in ColecoVision / Adam
Posted
On my cvaddict.com site I was thinking of adding a list of Atari 2600 games that DON'T work on the expansion module. So far, some Activision titles don't work.
Does the Harmony cart work on the module?
Any ideas and guidance is appreciated.
