Hi everyone. If anyone has doubles and is willing to part with them, I would be interested in buying them. Mine were stolen out of my luggage during a recent plane trip, and I never got to play them. Thanks.

Payment sent via Paypal.

I am also interested in getting a copy if it isn't too late.

Très bonne nouvelle Cédric. Je passerai commande. Est-ce qu'il s'agit d'Alice aux pays des merveilles ou tout simplement d'un prénom choisi au hasard?

Classic for me. Perhaps it is mainly due to nostalgia, but that is my passion. I have many pre-95 consoles and only one post-95 (Neo Geo Pocket Colour).

It is probably something to do with the connectors on your CD unit actually. I would try cleaning them and reconnecting it again.

I believe I read somewhere that Graham Gooch cricket was indeed complete. Unfortunately it was never released by Telegames.

This is truly wonderful news. The game looks fantastic. I hope this can be released on cartridge. I would actually prefer a PAL cartridge, but I understand the interest in making it available in NTSC as well. I will be keeping a close eye on this thread.

It can be enjoyable, but it is also very time consuming. You need to have a lot of free time to make a good go of it. I remember having fun with it, but I haven't played it in several years now.

I absolutely love Chip's Challenge; was completely addicted to it when the Lynx came out and for a long time afterwards. Sadly, I don't even know what "Steam" is.

Very enjoyable article and a pleasure to read. I definitely need to get several of these 7800 homebrews; I basically only have all the original Atari releases.

Anyone interested in a run of Sirius & Plutos? SOLD OUT!

Looks beautiful. Looking forward to this. -
Sorry, a bit lazy on my part.

Completely agree. I also got Alien vs. Predator the day it came out, and it was by far the most impressive game I had ever played at the time. I owned a Jaguar, 3DO, Neo Geo, 32X and many earlier consoles in 1994. I find this sort of criticism of AVP to be completely lacking in perspective and historical accuracy, therefore laughable.

Just as a reminder, what does this XM thing do exactly?

Question for you guys about "Bently Bear's Crystal Quest"

I would also prefer a version with Pokey sound, even if it were more expensive. However, I can understand not wanting to delay release endlessly. -
I see. Thank you for the answers. I thought perhaps it was a complete game but different to the release version, as is the case with some of the other betas. I don't think I will bother if it is just one level.

Thanks TXG. Unfortunately I don't know anything about that Beta. Have you ever played it?

Hallo julle. Does anyone know anything about the Rayman Beta (label says Beta, Ebay listing says Alpha) being sold by B&C Computervisions? How complete is this version of the game and what are the differences between this and the release version?

Some of these are quite rare, such as Mr. TNT, others not so much. It is somewhat difficult to establish a precise value for Atari 8-bit carts (and disks) as the amounts they sell for tends to vary widely. As far as rarity is concerned, you could try checking the database at Atarimania, although I am not sure how up-to-date it is. I personally might be interested in Mountain King, especially if you have the manual for it (could not see it in the photos).

How did the Jaguar possibly sell so poorly?
ruimtemuis replied to Rick Dangerous's topic in Atari Jaguar
I got a Jaguar at launch (had it shipped to South Africa) and it has remained one of my favourite consoles to this day. In my opinion, many of the games were excellent, there were far too few of them however, especially in the first year or so. I also had a 3DO, Neo Geo, Megadrive, FM Towns Marty, PC Engine and plenty of others at the time. The Jaguar offered a very different gaming experience to the more "Japanese" consoles, which I happened to like. However I would have to agree that Atari no longer had the necessary ressources to compete at the time, which is probably the main reason why it could not have done much better than it did. I really enjoy the Jaguar, just my opinion.
