I did a quick search on Priceline, and it isn't too bad, here are a few figures I got when going to Milwaukee MKE airport, leaving 6/2 and returning 6/5, round trip: From: Minneapolis: $220 Los Angeles: $310 Miami: $260 (1 stop) Dallas/Fort Worth: $250 Honolulu: $630 <- understandably expensive These may be a little cheaper if you go directly through the airline, too

I may give it a try... would there be any way to change airfare and transportation to gas reimbursement? It would probably be cheaper, and give the convenience of a car to me. Since I'm in Minneapolis, it wouldn't be too bad, maybe $150 round trip spongebue

About 9 months after my last cabinet was finished, I have completed a second arcade cabinet, this one for one of my former teachers. I told him about my old one, and he realized that is exactly what he would want. He and his wife are very enthusiastic about the colleges they went to, so they wanted that theme for their cabinet, and I was able to include it for the marquee, the control panel, and for a Mamewah skin I made. That said, take a look yourself!

I have to put my money down on timing for this one. The thing had no real generation that it came from. Everybody was either happy with their Nintendo 64, or was holding out for a PS2 to come out. Once the PS2/xbox/GCN came out, it kind of trampled on the poor thing, and it was removed from mainstream existence... and it's a shame, since it really did have decent potential Oh yeah, I also think that they should have put a DVD drive in that puppy, since the DVD market was finally maturing and people would like the "dual purpose" feature.

I'm fine with copy protection, but I have to draw the line to the point where it can interfere with your average, innocent consumer. Unfortunately, this line has been crossed too many times

I know it's not a huge deal, but I see that in one of the latest invision upgrades (or around then) the first post of a thread is a bit separated from the replies, and will show up at the beginning of every page. Does this feature have to be there? I can see where others may disagree, so argument is welcome. So, I'll ask this: how many people actually like this? Does it have to be there? Not to offend Al or anything, it's just my personal opinion, and the whole thing throws me off a bit

ok, here's the dealio: I'm helping my teacher with a mame cab, and the only cab we can find is one that is fully functional. We're going to have to gut it, and my teacher offered all the guts we aren't going to use (basically all of it) for partial payment. I could sell it on ebay, but I'm starting to realize that I could also make a fully functional second cabinet to go along with my MAME cab If I did make another one, it would probably be an unconventional system, maybe even a large bartop or something weird like that, since I'll probably have a hard time getting a real cab.

Hello, I'm helping someone out with making a MAME cab, but we need to start by getting a cabinet. Also, this needs to be cheap. Because of this, I'm looking for anyone in MN with an upright cabinet they want to sell. I know there aren't very many people in the area here, but it's worth a try, I'd say.
