First series obsession was Tomb Raider... Even shitty sequels couldn't stop my obsession... Same with assassins creed, though at least that is turning around to being a good franchise again. My current obsession is these atari home brews. I never knew they existed til about a month ago, now I have 4 already, one in the mail, one on pre-order, one potentially coming thru a buy in the forums... I even dug up a boxed Chetiry. (Thanks to Al). Soon I'll be adding ixion, seaweed assault, cave in, dungeon, JumpVCS... I will eventually dig deep and go after a boulder dash.... Obsessed. (I don't even have a working atari to play these on yet!)

Based on what I've seen and read on these forums.. The prices for the homebrews in this store don't even come close to the value of the time and energy put into making one. I've seen complaints occasionally about the $50ish price tag for a boxed homebrew. I would imagine that maybe is a break even point for materials alone. Everything else is "love". I do imagine that a well thought out game concept would not fall on deaf ears though. Might be better to put your game idea in this thread and see if one of the talented programmers here want to take up the challenge. You already have at least one of them commenting in this thread. Really curious about that "Entity" game... And I would love to have a copy of "Ature" Nice collection... I'm new to the homebrew collecting game. Have Halo right now, endless snow coming, ordering Blinky today. (And am on the pre-order list for several releases coming out between now and February-ish". One of these days I will somehow snag a Boulder dash and Princess rescue....

At the risk of starting a topic that may have been discussed already in the past... Does anyone on these forums mod old Ataris to have new video hookups so I can connect it to my HDTV? I'd like to have my VCS hooked up in my main living room rather in a spare room or the garage to an old CRT I'd have to scavenge
