Nice! Can't wait to snag a cart! Beautiful job on this game!

Absolutely incredible. This might put the 2600 back in some major limelight when it's done
-
Congrats on the League of Legends job! And thanks for the update, Sprybug

There's also a number of new homebrews that will likely have limited availability coming out. Perhaps they'll have good trade value...
-
I figured as much- but it never hits to put feelers out there. Perhaps someone will hear my "late to the game" sob story and take pity on me. I'll be putting all my PS1 and PS2 stuff up to trade for CIB homebrews at some point... maybe I'll put it towards this. Or suck it up on eBay

I know, I know. Still like to have boxes and original carts... It's the hoarder in me
-
Thanks for the suggestions

Sensitive subject I guess.... Well I'll keep digging thru other channels.
-
I know... But I go by "ask and you might receive- don't ask and you absolutely won't receive" school of though.

Since I'm so late to the homebrew scene... Is there any way, some how, that i can get a copy of PR without resorting to crazy ebay markups? Could I get one for free and pay 50-60 bucks for shipping so that no one makes a profit from the actual sale of the game (God forbid) I'd even take Sprybug out for dinner and drinks next time I'm in Portland. (I'll be up there for a few days in February)

Is there someone who makes individual custom boxes for 2600 games? I would love to get one for Four Play and Chetiry.. The artwork on these would make for killer packaging and look really good for a completist like myself.

If there is still an opportunity for a CIB of this, I'm in! (Also one for CIB Candy Catcher if it's still available)
-
Will the boxed release be a limited run? Or will this be a new addition to the store?
-
Must. Have. CIB.

Endless Snow! Game Play feedback back scores etc...

That's a good way to build up the score... -
A seasoned/ proven developer, or a team of them...? I'm in for at least a 50 spot. "Taz" creator Steve Woita alluded to doing a 2600 kickstarter on the Atariage Facebook group back in October. I wonder where that is sitting.

Didn't hurt to try! i wouldn't have either...

Ill take it off your hands if all else fails

Prioritizing my new collection- where do I start?
dubxcube replied to dubxcube's topic in Atari 2600
That's definitely a good point. I certainly don't plan in keepin them in sealed packages -
No legal expert here, but you can only tell someone to cease and desist from making money from it, otherwise it's just a different "fan" media. They cannot stop people from drawing pictures of PoP, right? So this needs to be put on a cart and sent out with a box and manual for free! ...plus 50 dollars shipping and handling fees. 😏

Hey everyone. Relatively new here, but am enjoying these forums so much. Gotta question on building up my homebrew collection. I'd love to just buy all the games listed, but I need to pace myself financially. At best I'll be buying one or two at a month. Does anyone have suggestions as to which ones I should get first, so as to not miss out on one that may sell out. (For instance.. I'd be bummed to buy "Dungeon" first and find out "Cave In" sold out before I got to it) I just want to make sure I don't miss out on limited run opportunities from here on out. (Would have love Princess Rescue, Boulder Dash, and EMR, but was very late to the game. I'll eventually dig into ebay for those, when there's time between new releases to build funds) Thoughts? I'm a bit of a "completist" so I'm starting with CIB games first... (FYI- just got my first homebrew this week... Halo 2600)

Halo for the 2600 Released at CGE! Download the game here!
dubxcube replied to Albert's topic in Atari 2600
I disagree about it not being a "real" Atari game. It's as real as anything released in the 70s and 80s -
I'll be all over it if you do! Thanks Byte Knight.
