Ubuntu is switching back to Gnome and caning Unity for their next release! Being one of those weird people who actually liked Unity I fear I'm going to have to find a new Distro. Maybe I'll give Manjaro a try?

Carlsson is right. The biggest obstacle to Linux adoption is the multiple desktop environments. They need to standardize on one.
