I HATE pc games!!! I can never keep up with the technology. My cpu is always too slow, doesn't have enough memory, wrong video card, ect ect. I'm tired of having to upgrade every month in order to play new games! Console games rule!!

Yeah, I worked at EB a long time ago and this was our policy then. Many customers appreciated this and I'm sure we had much repeat business as a result. A few people did abuse the policy, but once a pattern evolved we could stop accepting returns from them. Even recently (within the last year?) I know they were still allowing this, as I know friends who have returned opened software to EB. If they've changed it, that's too bad, and it sounds like they were being ridiculous with regards to the Gamecube system the woman bought the day before. Next time I'm in an EB I'll ask them what their return policy is on software and hardware. ..Al I can admit that I was one of the people that abused their policy I wanted to see how many times I could return a game for another one. I would play a game for 14 days and return it.I did this 5 times before they told me I couldnt return them anymore
