As we did get a new 64k eeprom almost working ( @Nop90 and @42bs ). I decided to start on a new interactive game for the lynx that is slightly different. It will only run on the real cart with 64k of eeprom as it will heavily rely on non volative memory.

Christmas holidays in 2020 tend to be a bit of isolated. I feel like an astronaut trapped in a spacecraft. Some spare time ahead. Fortunately we have a holodeck for getting out every now and then...

    Follow this thread.

A very limited cart release may pop up after the game is complete.

This screenshot is from Titan. But it may give away what style Holodeck will have.

The cart with the 64k prototype is a bit bigger than the normal carts. But it fits in all Lynx models.

Please put me down for a cart Karri :)

Alpine Games is my favorite homebrew on the Lynx, and maybe my favorite game including commercial era (the fact I'm still top 1 on the speedskating game has nothing to do with it :D)

About Yastuna, as I have put them as freeware, there have been many way to get one, so I guess there is no interest for a publisher to make a new run, it would probably be a (rather big) financial loss.

Do you have any of the various runs for sale?

I currently have the Binder case versions of both and the Luch Soft version of Yastuna.

I could do that, but definitely some of the info on the box back would be incorrect -- 9 missions vs. 16, etc. Certainly, printing a sticker to put on the existing box is easy enough to do, so if that is appealing, please reply here or email me and I could consider it.

Excellent, glad you like it! I was so blown away when I received the original prototype around 1999. I knew I had to pursue the rights and source code so I could properly release it. And now it's come full circle, and everyone can enjoy it. :)

I’d definitely be up for a sticker or something extra. I get charged import duty every purchase so extra stuff so extra stuff would always be welcome :)

Let me know Carl before I order ! ;)
